Construction going on locked all side entrance only one way in and out.

I paid for over 2and a half months. My daughter died and I had to go to the ER They called the cops on me. Zero pompa

The staff and management

It was clean. The floors looked newly replaced. They have a kitchen and offer pans although they were not ones I would use to cook.

The cabinets and drawer fronts were in need repair or replacement. All of it was damaged and totally unacceptable. The breakfast is very poor. Nothing healthy.

They upgraded me to atone for the horrible experience I had the previous time. They made certain that the room was cleaned properly and they had it nice and warm for me.

The location and building laayout

The room was awful. Floor was filthy, not mopped, rug not vacuumed. Toilet not cleaned under the rim. Inside surface of door had food smears. Fridge chugged all night but stopped working. I lost all perishables

It was just a normal hotel, there was a kitchen but we didn't use it.

Room wasn't ready til almost 6:00 PM. Front desk said there was a new cleaning person and they were behind, was supposed to be refunded 15% but so far not yet.

I normally like it, but not this time

YES The room wasn't clean. It did have fresh sheets and towels, but that was all. The fridge had crusted spills inside and it wasn''t very cold. Overnight, it stopped working altogether and I lost all my food and milk.

Location

The hotel was dingy, carpets weren?t clean. There were urine smells in the stairwells.

The room was not very clean. I told them at the front desk and they put it a partial refund but I haven't seen my money yet. The toilet was filthy, there was food in the fridge, and the stove top was covered with grease.

My room

There were staff members that were not friendly and had a lack of desire to help. I did not get the top floor that I requested. Being on the second floor does not control the disruption from other guests.

Room feels so clean and fresh, though we got the one very close to the reception the staff offered us to wait for another one, and it didn¿t lower the quality of stay overall.

Breakfast was said to go , so we got it, but it has very limited options moRe just like snack

Cleanliness

The managers attitude was haughty and abhorrent. I checked out a day before my check out date.

The room was very clean. The staff at checking was excellent.

Yes. Absolutely. Booked to stay from Sept 26 to 29. 11.40 AM Sept 27 the "haughty hotel manager" banged on the door Rm 302 and threated to call the police to evict me even after I explained to I was booked to stay till Sept 29.

The room was immaculate. They had dishes and pans so we could cook and make ourselves at home. There was plenty of hot water for showering. They allow pets, and my dog was quiet and comfortable too. Fabulous location.

The mattress was hard. The blankets were thin.

Mold or Dirt on ceiling, bathroom too small (door opens JUST in front of the toilet), bed uncomfortable and not enough pillows or pillows needed to have more support.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of only coffee for the entire duration of my stay but there were many food choices within walking distance of the hotel. There were also vending machines availalable.

The woman when I checked in was so delightful and helpful.

When I told the night worker at the desk that my toilet was plugged, he handed me a plunger. As a 75 year old woman, I was hoping for some assistance.

It was very homey.

Continental breakfast. I was looking for the eggs. Grateful for the hot water. I wasn¿t aware that rooms were not dressed up daily. I asked for fresh towels. Which worked out well.

I was sold an out of service room with a microwave that smelled like someone threw up in it, a heater with toxic air, low water pressure, blocked drains and the GM refused to comp the night.

Everything.

check in front desk clerk was very helpful, courteous, and professional. room was clean. Breakfast was nearly nonexistent. Area seemed safe.
