Comfortable bed, location to where we need to be, outdoor lighting when arriving at night

Didn’t love the breakfast. I would recommend some cinnamon raisin toast.

The check inn was tedious and late ,way past advertised check inn times, said rooms not ready? IDK, thought might have to drive back home

Staff terrible attitude, pillows were horrible.

The elevator did not work. The room key often wouldn?t work to open the room.

I won't ever recommend my friends or family stay here for soccer tournaments again. Horrible customer service staff.

I didn't like that staff and management lied about giving me a refund. When they wouldn't allow me to check in with a picture of my ID, I lost my original at the airport. They said I could cancel to put it in my friends name and it was conveniently booked

The bed was a bit saggy. Despite being in a suburb we had to pay $11.00 for parking.

The check out time is 12pm at noon, which is really convenient for us. The breakfast is nice and decent. Room is clean, parking lot is safe and clean.

The room size and general cleanliness.

The carpet in the hallway DEFINITELY needs cleaning. Shampooing not just vacuuming (mystery stain/crustiness on the 4th floor)

I liked that the hotel felt clean.

The mattress was super hard and the pillows seemed worn down.

hotel staff was excellent and inviting, location was perfect for what we needed. location near out sons home. and that it was pet friendly.

because we was in a pet room, was on first floor. the carpet in the hallway was fifthly needs either good shampoo or replaced. the room right accross from elevator and housekeeping stocking room, so was awaken by guest coming at 2am and staff setting up

I reserved a room with free parking according to my receipt but was forced to pay for parking. After showing front desk my receipt which clearly states ?free parking?, I was given a number to call and then charged for parking plus tax.

Good breakfast and friendly, familiar.

Charged for parking and because I booked with a third party app, it was difficult to check in and confirm the reservation. The hotel was over booked and it was difficult to find a place to eat the complimentary breakfast.

It is clean , great breakfast selection , love the tile floors in rooms , friendly staff and location is perfect!

We stay here often and was disappointed that you have to pay for parking now

It want too far off the freeway.

Did not like that online the 24 hour Pool doesn¿t specify that it¿s only 24 hours for adults and not kids. The reason why we booked at this hotel was because we saw the 24 hour pool and our daughter loves the pool and was perfect way to unwind after trip

Really nothing great about our stay. Hotel was decent but not the quality it use to be

Front desk person was not friendly. We had a large group of under age 18 teenagers in room next to us that were partying. phone didn't work to call front desk. 2.5 hrs. later police finally evicted them. no apology from staff or compensation

The beds were comfortable and the suite was so roomy.

Our room was across from the laundry and it was loud because the door didn¿t go all the way to the floor. We put some couch cushions by it and it helped but ended up calling the desk and had them quiet the loud talking down, it was well past 12:30am

I liked the free coffee and tea, the included breakfast was great, and plenty of space to have lots of people to eat breakfast. and it was a good time range.

The room was okay, the floor needed to be washed better. And the hallway carpets were extremely filthy with stains, and debris, like they obviously cut back on vacuuming as well as well as room cleaning. But covid is over now, hire more staff now?
