That it said free hot breakfast but then you had to pay 18$ a person if you wanted it.

Modern decor that was beautiful! Great staff, clean and fantastic location

Side Entry to hotel was not marked and we missed it and had to redo the route.

Complementary breakfast was not provided at this hotel. (Resolved) NEVER had free wi Fi. Ice machine broken on our floor. Requested repair 3 X's.

The room had free Wi-Fi and offered Netflix. It had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable.

The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired. It just was not adequate enough. The exhaust vent fan was on 24/7 and there was no way to turn it off. There was no housekeeping service so we had to get with the housekeepers to replenish anything.

Pool was nice, bed was comfortable and the room was large and very clean

Pool area needed some upkeep done. Steps to the hot tub were treacherous.

The hotel location is close to the freeway, shopping and resturants.

The staff was not very helpful with our needs during the stay. Also, the area is a little unsafe with transients in the parking lot.

The person upstairs stomped around from approx 10:30-11:30 until I called the front desk to complain and then continued intermittently for the next 45 minutes or so making it so I couldn't sleep

Easy parking, location was great, hotel was very nice and clean. Pool was a blast for my family. Check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were nice. Hotel is at a very convenient location near I5 and it comes with free parking, gym, and swimming pool. My family enjoyed the stay so much.

Staff makes check in and check out easy. Easy to grab snacks 24/7. Decent bar, lots of areas to relax or get work done.

The bar and dining area were extremely overpriced for what it was. There was no room minibar or snacks so anytime you wanted WATER you had to go buy it downstairs.

Clean lobby bathrooms.

I made a reservation approx 10 pm for 3 or 4 nights. When I got there, The man near the counter stepped in front of the girl at the desk confirmed my reservation was received but, he said they have no available rooms and said I won¿t find one available.

Location was nice

One of the beds didn¿t appear to have fresh linen because there were crumbs in the bed.

The room was clean. But, even at that the room is only cleaned every 4-5 days

The front desk staff are extremely slow, not helpful, and have zero customer service experience or skills. They are not educated on any of the services/ amenities that they are supposed to offer. It¿s a nightmare to even ask a simple question.

New, nice updated hotel. Really comfortable beds.

Bring ear plugs, if you get a room facing highway, you will need them. The staff here are incredibly rude. They ruined my stay and I probably will stay elsewhere when I am back for work.
