Boardwalk Cottages

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great!

The neighbors were noisy with their kid running up and down the stairs early in the morning and we wished there were hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Fire place didn?t work, locks didn?t work, keys failed and locked me out multiple times, check in, getting towels tp basically any room supplies. Power went out, draft in the room, staff was less than helpful

Nice location, close to the beach. Nice cafe and friendly staff.

Room was pretty dusty and that makes me question all cleanliness.

So charming, loved the deco and fresh pastries every morning delivered to your door!

Wished it would have been closer to the beach

Off the main street, but still within walking distance of the beach and businesses.

Greeted with a controversial "social justice" sign at the entrance. Room door access required downloading an App, which then quit working. No staff on sight, so had to wait for someone to drive in and get us a key. Never received our promised Pastries.

The room was dirty. Blankets, Pillows, and towels were dirty and covered in animal hair. I had to ask for a broom to sweep my own floor. Thankfully there was a sponge and dish soap so I could scrub my shower and the dirty dishes left in the room.

Good location, allows dogs, off-street parking, charming cottages.

The OpenKey application to open the door lock didn't work properly. I was locked out of my room for an hour in below freezing weather while the front desk contacted maintenance to get a physical key to enter the room.

Charming little cottages. Great location and lovely staff. This will be my choice of lodging when I visit Long Beach in the future.

The staff was great very friendly and helpful with any ? We had about local area The food was awesome salads and pizza was so nice to have on site and so good .The friendly lady even suggested a local beer that we just loved . Jennie made are trip great thank you ! It an awesome trip thank you !

The amenities and location. Very cute cottages.

The fridge was not cold and we had to throw out all our food.

Room was clean, and fairly comfortable. The bed was extremely hard, and tall. I could barely get up on it. Everything else was good. The weather was beautiful!

It was walking distance to town.

Our room was the smallest I have ever stated in, in my whole life. We had no pool or hot tub like the listing states. The listing states that an adjacent hotel Adrift has a restaurant. Adrift was not adjacent to ours it was a two-minute drive away. This is also where all the amenities were, the pool and hot tub. All our resort had was one sauna. The walls in the cabin were paper-thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. Every night was sleepless. We tried using the bathroom fan to make it better, but since that was on a timer we had to get up throughout the night and turn it back on. The fridge in our room was turned off and we didn't notice so we put our dinner in it and it spoiled. There weren't any pastries delivered to our room in the morning like was listed, apparently they quit doing that.

We liked the cottage it self, very cute and cozy. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

No view of the ocean and road noise.

Nicely laid out and reasonable size and price.

We’re not fond of the coffee bags. A Keurig would have been better. Hubby tried the cafe but couldn’t get a cup of black coffee. Went to McDonalds instead.

It was fine. Unusual that the kitchen and bathroom sink was one and the same a bit strange to make my coffee and brush my teeth in the same sink. Need a screen on the book to allow air flow. Couldn’t find where the pool was located but nice to have a place to sit outside and enjoy the day. Beach was very close

Everything that I needed was there. It was clean and cute

Ran out of toilet paper. Everyone seemed in a huge rush like they were overwhelmed. The kitchen countertop was really sticky like the finish hadn’t dried completely and made it really uncomfortable to use. The window could use a blind didn’t want to take a shower at night.Bedroom could use a little more decor or coziness seemed a little white and echoey

It was a last minute added date and they were able to accommodate us. We have stayed here in the past and had been very happy with the accommodations and again a pleasant stay. The new Current cafe on site now was amazing, great food and full bar and would highly recommend even if not staying at the cottages. All the staff very friendly and welcoming so keep that up and will be booking again!!!!

The only thing would be maybe have a fan in the rooms just for air movement but that is it.

Love the location near town- Pool and saunas use at ADRIFT hotel is GREAT!! Staff at coffee shop on site very friendly!

Unfortunately, our cabin was not cleaned each day as promised- also when it was not a very good job- expected sweeping and beds made but none of that ever happened... one day they never showed to clean our cabinPool and pool area needs to be cleaned better each day - Trash not emptied and general pick not done daily on my stay
