The front staff was un friendly And the lobby was filled with some ones personal toys and was very un inviting. Water was all Over the floor but floor was dirty when we wiped it up with towels.

bathroom sink drain was clogged upon checkin. ground area around the premise could use power washing and painting.

It was clean, friendly and affordable.

It was quite at night.

The horrible in room coffee. Office not open for good coffee till 8:00 am

The location

I had to go to front desk my hairdryer didn¿t work. My friends room toilet ¿¿ backed up and the other is tv had to be replaced It would be nice to have regular soap and shampoo. Containers weren¿t full The room really needs a bedside clock

Great friendly people working there. Watched staff cleaning outside railings. Very neat and clean. Very Comfortable! Enjoyed our stay and will choose this place my next trip!

Actually being able to stay close to the beach without having to drive back and forth.

Hair all over room on the floors, in the bedding, bathroom floor, counters. It was rather gross with all the hair. Walls were terribly dirty with hand prints and just dirt. Room had a really bad rancid smell that. I found it and called after hours.

It¿s a 3 story building and we had a noisy family above us They finally quieted down around midnight

House keepers need to clean the bathroom better. The walls around the toilet had poop stains.

Great room, super clean, comfy bed, close to everything

Hotel had a view of the ocean and was a very short walk to restaurants and grocery. Room was very quiet and was perfect for our needs as we traveled the coast.

Room was clean and updated and view was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value.

Only complaint is we had no water on day of checkout. I have a medical device needing water to irrigate and clean myself properly ,nor could we bathe or go to the bathroom. VERY FRUSTRATING ! Office offered no compensation!

Loved that it was so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants! Very family friendly and exceptionally clean!

The parking was somewhat tight and hard to get around.

Location, price

Could not reach hotel by phone or email to inform of late arrival. Was promised a refund which we have not received. Woman on phone was rude and belligerent.

The location was great.

Because it was at a major part of the beach, it was loud in the morning due to an event with a start line right outside our window. Someone let their dog bark non stop for an hour at 8a. Not awesome.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Staff did above and beyond the call of duty. Very quiet. Close everything. Exceeded expectations based on star rating. Personal in the way big 5 star chain hotels never are.

Bathroom faucet geysered all over my friend.

The room was perfect, with the ocean view, and the price was right, for what we could pay.

With Covid, it of course changed things, but that was out of their control.
