Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth

Our tv did not work. We asked to have it fixed twice and was told someone would come look at it and they never did

Breakfast and Staff

The outdoor hottub was not clean

Great hotel. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was spacious and clean. And great location,

The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely amazing and made our entire stay so much better.

The bathroom door did not close all the way and there were bugs on the air conditioner when we came in.

Location and breakfast. Very quiet.

I found black hairs on my bottom bed sheet.

Wasn?t able to go and didn?t get a refund

Called over 24 hours in advance that we could not come because of illness and we were still charged

Location and check in was great. Breakfast was also good!

I did not like that fact that the heater was not working adequately in our room. I called the front desk, the attendant came to our room and basically said that he couldn't do anything because the heater, according to him, was working adequately.

Staff where friendly and greeted well upon arrival. Breakfast was great and good amenities offered at hotel

It was walking distance to town

Not the greatest breakfast offering but sufficient. Nowhere to hang things in the bathrooms.

Easy walk to Leavenworth during busiest holiday season. Free parking.

Housekeepers skipped cleaning room. Asked if they could clean and played the game of needing to call the front desk. Big space for breakfast & staff tried to keep up. Overflowing trash cans, lack of seating. Need staff to clean up tables.

You can ride the public bus to downtown and back Free of charge

Very clean and spacious room.

They tend to the room every two nights. However, if staying more than one night, there's no place to hang wash cloths and towels. Weird?!

Best was that it was convenient to town, had an indoor pool and hot tub.

Breakfast was chaos, ran out of food before designated time allowance. Not enough chairs by pool inside

It was clean and staff were great. It felt like I was home a great feeling. It was close to town and Safeway was right next door. The breakfast was amazing loved the waffles.

Need new pillows uncomfortable that¿s the only thing

Was clean and conveniently located to downtown Leavenworth.

The beds weren¿t comfortable and the pillows were flat.
