I love the historic details. It is quirky and cute. The location is amazing.
Location and room decorations
Great location, very clean. Earplugs were provided, but I didn't need them. Nicely decorated, included a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bed and bedding were great. I would go back, please note some of the rooms share a bathroom, mine did not.

Better air conditioning, however they did have record heat wave during our stY
No front desk or staff on site. Couldn't check in. Had to call support multiple times to get access code and combination. Information about checking in and parking not correct. Remote help line confirmed information is outdated.
The only issue I had was checking in, mostly caused by me leaving my phone at home. The Hotel is unattended, with a phone number on the door for issues. They email door codes the day of the rental. Accessing a human by phone was difficult.

Very clean and the staff, when there, was very accommodating. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

It would be helpful to have staff at the hotel. The rates are equivalent to a full service hotel, but no one on site when you need them or have basic questions. Also received multiple emails that could have been condensed to one simple message.
