Icicle Village Resort

Everything. Great location, staff, breakfast, amenities, and very accommodating.

Icicle Village Resort is a large, well-appointed facility. The rooms have wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. There is a free full breakfast buffet each morning. Our location in the back was quiet and close to an entrance from the parking lot.

There were two sinks in the room - but neither one had a stopper that worked. Rooms with two beds should have two luggage racks. The property is a pretty long walk to the village, so getting into town early to get space in public parking is necessary.

Excellent complimentary breakfast, easy free parking, quick walk to town or free bicycle options. Restaurant on site and a 18 hole putt putt golf course.

Staff, cleanliness, ammenities-free breakfast, sports stuff, pools, location. Great stay!

Cleanliness of room, location in relation to the local attractions. Free parking and free wireless internet were a plus but expected.

The free breakfast felt 'free'; so by that measure I'd rather have paid for a better one. The room was very clean, just a little dated but not by too long. Felt early 2000's. Staff were great, amenities were nice.

I love how clean the hotel was. For its age it was in very good shape!! Very nice staff also!

The only things we didn¿t care for was the maze like hallways to get to our room! Long walk and could get lost easily. The only other issue was it was a bit far to walk to town.. we weren¿t sure. Next time we¿ll get closer hotel.

The check in was quick and the interior of the lodge was amazing...a huge fireplace with a glowing fire greeted guests. Lovely leather chairs and couches lined the room. The outdoor pool was heated and the hottub was hot. Breakfast was hot and and good

My daughter fell on the ice outside by the parking area. I think putting sand down would help very slippery getting to front door

Location was perfect. Close walk to downtown was helpful.

Very noisy rooms. Didn¿t have a moment of peace and staff were unable to do anything about it.

The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent in both food and service. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

The only way to control the heat in the room was to shut the AC/heater system off. The auto mode did not work and when I called the maintenance man for repair he did not know anything about it. I had to explain how it should work.

We liked the temperature control - being able to adjust room temperature and there was plenty of parking.

You could hear clearly all movement from other rooms especially overhead. The hot breakfast option should have been warmer.

Bed was comfortable, staff friendly. It was a bit of a walk to downtown Leavenworth (10-minute walk), which was both a pro/con, depending on what experience you're looking for.

Just know that if you ask for a room with a view, it also includes a view of the pool. Not a BIG deal, but if you're paying extra for the view, know what view you'd be getting -- pool used year round until @ 11 pm (can be a bit noisy, but manageable).

My husband had to get another room at the hotel. My reservation wasn¿t found. Now I¿m dealing with the fee, trying to contact someone to not get charged.

Walking distance to downtown.

Dogs barking everywhere and all night. Could hear every footstep of anyone walking in the hallway or room above. Bed sheets were only 1 flat sheet and very itchy duvet cover was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows were also uncomfortable.

How clean it was. Staff was great.

The food wasn't to good. Very high prices for dry steak and chicken.

The room was very nice, clean. Amazing shower. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the main thing I was looking forward to and it was not satisfying at all. Best thing was yogurt and the day they had bagels and cream cheese. Worst thing, Rubber eggs and an unedible "empanada".

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! The pool was also great as well as the hot tub. A beautiful place to stay.

There are a lot of fun things to do, when it's open. The rec center was closed and that was disappointing, but definitely didn't ruin our trip.
