The staff were great. The breakfast was decent. The location is perfect.

The bed was fantastic. They are probably the only place I¿ve stayed that I didn¿t feel I needed additional blankets. Don¿t let the size of the fireplace fool you - although it be small it be mighty! Shower was huge with plenty of HOT water.

Change out the bitter Starbucks in the room.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The bartender was amazing and remember us and the drinks that we ordered the night before. Such a wonderful environment. We will be staying here again.

I thought it was weird there wasn't a door on the shower.

Location was good and breakfast had lots of options.

The parking situation is difficult, if you come back to your room after 5pm you will be parking next door behind a church, not near your room. There is no desk or good work surface. For the price the amenities are lacking.

Hotel was charming on entry, very inviting entry and fun lil pub eatery which was kid friendly. Hotel is very close to the shops/food/entertainment that Leavenworth has to offer. Hotel also has a great year round heated pool/hot tub and great breakfast!

The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast servers. The pool and hot tub are great. Perfect location.

we didn't like the hot continental breakfast. we only ate there once. the pub closed too early. with town closing at 10pm, it would nice to get night cap. needs better selection of beers and needs cocktails.

Felt Newly remodeled, rooms had details that made it feel personal, location is ideal to walk to town shops and restaurants. Great value for the price.

Location is great, right in the middle of town. Theming is cute and property is well-maintained.

Staff was brisk and unfriendly. No full-length mirrors in the room. Rooms facing the street were very loud. COVID protocols were not being followed in pool area.

The people were so friendly at the Lodge. The room was comfortable, clean and an excellent layout! We were right across the highway from all the places we wanted to visit so the location was great!

The location was perfect. Located to downtown shopping and decorated beautifully for the holiday. I contacted hotel employee Prior to our arrival, and he picked up balloons for me. I truly appreciated his service. Our room was pristine. Breakfast was tasty.

Hotel was cozy, staff was friendly. Love that we got homemade cookies and a coupon for a free drink in their pub upon check in. Hotel is right in the middle of town and easy walking to everything. Complimentary parking made it super convenient.

They told us the wrong room number and gave us the wrongs keys so we had to trek up and down the stairs a couple times. Hopefully we didn't scare the people in the first room they sent us too!
