The room exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, in great condition, and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and approachable. The price was good for a hot breakfast composed of eggs, link sausage, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and more,

The parking situation was not the best (parking in field in the rear). However, the place was almost full (even on a Thursday night) so that is understandable.

The tub had dirt and was clogged and the room smelled horrible

I liked the friendly and welcoming staff, I loved the ability to check in early and the reasonable pet fee. I loved the pancake machine and the breakfast had great options. I would stay here again.

Our door did not close easily.

Great breakfast options. Was able to check in a bit earlier. Was able to leave the vehicle there for a few hours after check out to watch my niece in the Autumn Festival parade. Thank you!!! Hotel front desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

Light in bathroom started to blink on and off. Told the staff when I checked out. Water in the shower turned cold intermittently.

Breakfast was great, a lot of hot/cold options. Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Latch broken on cabinet door so it hung open and had a jagged metal part sticking out. Sink drain was very clogged and retained water. Drain plug was broken in shower and wouldn?t stay open so water collected. Hot tub was very dirty, things floating.

No one at the front desk ne how to transfer a phone call to a room . The Room was very small and dated, breakfast came in a sack and you only got one meal for a two da staykne-day

The continental breakfast was a sack breakfast. The cleaning service is lame. If you want any towels, pillows, etc you have to go to the office and get them. They don¿t bring them to you.

Location, parking, packaged breakfast plus air conditioner worked great!

Our room needed weatherstripping installed in the door. The light and small gnats were coming in the room. The shower drain was plugged so water did not drain or drained overnight. The toilet tile was cracked by toilet.

Maybe update the hotel bedrooms. Beds were nice, floor had pretty old feeling carpets. But we would deff stay again for that rate, and location. Loved the pool and hot tub amenities and complimentary breakfast. Staff were nice!

Floor was not swept and there was tape on the smoke detector.

Worst breakfast, advertised as continental breakfast buffet but served a brown bag with some prepacked cold food.

It was a lovely hotel and it was just perfect. I didn¿t interact much with hotel staff, but they were courteous. Lovely views and location.

Waffles might be a nice addition for breakfast, but the Jimmy Deans were fine.

The location was great and the price was reasonable for Leavenworth, which can be pretty spendy.

The breakfast was just a bagged meal, which was a bummer. I remember staying here years ago and they had an amazing breakfast, so we were a bit disappointed.

Didnt have water for half a day on Christmas and then the fire alarm went off (false alarm). But it went off twice again, final time around midnight. Not a great end to our trip

We stayed there because it was family inexpensive for Leavenworth and within walking distance. We were only there one night and it completely served its purpose

for the money, the hotel was fine. I had stayed there before with my granddaughters because it had a pool.

I was on the second floor and could hear people on both sides and on the third floor. Street traffic was loud. The entry door was did nothing to insulate the room from vehicles passing by. Shower curtain rack was almost off the wall.
