Breakfast and ease of walking into town. Plus the beds were very comfy!!

Pool Chemicals seemed off and the staff was not as friendly as usual.

The concierge staff did not inform us of any of the hotel's amenities, including the opening/closing times for breakfast and using the hotel pool. This was a negative experience as we did not know when things were open or closed.

There are lots of great extras like the buffet breakfast, the game rooms, the cyber golf room, the indoor and outdoor pools, the music in the lobby, etc etc

The rooms could use some updating but did notice that the bathrooms were updated and like that.

This was such a great experience for a vacation in Leavenworth. My husband cares most about the breakfast, and they exceeded expectations. Loved the rooftop breakfast with horn blowing, and we always made sure to take advantage of the egg station.

Some maintenance may be needed for the mini golf course that is included. There was a sign part way through about a water station, but was clearly in disrepair. Would have loved to use it during our game. Otherwise was a great hotel!

The hotel had nice amenities and was located very near downtown.

There is a quiet time from 10PM to 7AM. The hotel did not enforce this. I called them at 11:20Pm to complain about noise from the pool area. At 11:30 the issue was resolved. Paid way too much for a room at a noisy hotel.

Location is nice its right at the end of the main strip. Pool is very nice.Breakfast buffet is awesome lots of things to chose from.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi is kept very clean and nice. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was pretty friendly.

The front desk service could be improved.

Hotel was excellent! We got 2 suites and were very happy. Breakfast was amazing with the alpenhorn player, rooms were very quaint and decorated not at all like hotel rooms. The jacuzzi tubs in the suite were large and safe to get in and out of.

Our room number 333 was directly under dining for breakfast. That got a little loud starting at 615-630am

The hotel was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with a great view

Our room had a funny odor and a big weird stain on the middle of the floor.

The location was a block and a half from the main street. Our room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Hotel employee was fantastic. They hit the jackpot with him. Super nice and hilarious. If we were to come back which we probably won it would be because of him.

The hotel is super outdated. The food is not that great. The pastries are very dry with no taste. . The tv was so small and tucked away in the cabinet. There are no microwaves in room. And the vending machines were out of a lot. All stores closed after 1.

A movie channel or movie rental after a full day of in town entertainment would be relaxing.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed the omelettes. The show at the end of the breakfast was also nice. I also really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and mini golf.

I just wish the hotel was a little closet to the main street of Leavenworth.

Breakfast buffett, environment, swimming, hot tub, mini-golf on a grass field, enjoyed the 8 PM piano recital in the evening
