My dog started smelling and found a spot on the carpet. I assume it was a previous dog that put their scent there. I was able to stop my dog from doing anything but was scared to leave my dog unattended. We ended up locking them in the bathroom.

The location was easily accessible to both the river trail and downtown. The availability of the strudel upon arrival was a nice touch!

Nice rooms, good location and friendly staff. Great breakfast choices close by and the hotel offers several choices for breakfast. Louie's and Renaissance Cafe. Tons of Lunch and dinner choices. Even Chinese food is just a block away.

Dog friendly and parking included. Breakfast also included, egg cups were delicious!

Extremely noisy. Woken up at 5 am with heavy machinery driving around. Bathroom door is a barn door and doesn't lock. No privacy. Breakfast is not even worth the time...

Great location. Cute to-go breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lovely stay.

There was mold in the shower, upon arrival we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member that right away stated that check in would not be till later and that that Jacuzzi was broken. Little did we know the tub was also broken. This was a real letdown

They really could clean up all of the animal hair in the unit since we stayed one night and were covered in animal hair.

The setup for the Romance package was a nice touch.

The location was off property but not we thought we book onsite, the air conditioner was too small for the room, the deadbolt did not work, no way to get ice except 2 blocks away. Overall this was a terrible experience

Staff andcleanliness

Super small bathroom and felt like a motel.

Clean facility, friendly staff, even had snow removal equipment for guests to use.

I loved everything about the place except the bathroom door in room 202. It was a slide sort of door and there was a huge gap where it was supposed to meet the wall. It was fine for a shower but not so fine when wanting privacy while using the toilet.

The location was awesome

We were told upon check in that our particular room did not come with breakfast - this was the first we had heard of it. We went down to the buffet breakfast in the morning to see if it was worth paying $8 a piece for. Concensus? no.

Great location friendly staff comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. I liked everything about it.

The parking lot was challenging in our full size truck but we managed.

Staff were great. Location is 1 block from Main Street. Far enough for peace and quiet, close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants and river walks.
