Beds were soft & cushy, and sheets were very soft.

Rooms were a bit smaller than the average.

Location, room size, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Arrived a little early and room was available. On-site parking was safe and terrific re: location.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the tourist section in the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than average for a smaller hotel.

This is an older property but is mostly well maintained and clean. The carpeting in the room appeared to be soiled and worn. There was no place to set a drink while sitting in the chairs. A small table would be welcomed.

The location was perfect. The downtown is a walking area only and this hotel was right next to everything. We also enjoyed the wonderful included breakfast. Many items to choose from. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel employee was helpful and nice with all our questions. Breakfast lady with red hair was super friendly.

It was a townhouse instead of a boring garden suite. It was in the heart of the Leavenworth and easy walk to the main shopping area. Manager let us leave our car in the lot even after check out to shop. It was clean and you have a full kitchen.

Location. Beds are good. Quiet.

Breakfast on the website indicted made to order eggs and omelette. Not offered. Pretty much all high carb foods. Hard for a diabetic. No lights on outside when we walked back from dinner around 9.

Location! The Hotel staff were welcoming :) Breakfast was well stocked with Coffee, Juice and assorted danish, breads and fruit. The Lobby and eating area was clean and decorated beautifully.

Fantastic hotel with the best location and a very friendly staff that went above and beyond. The room was very clean and comfortable and beds were amazing. I will definitely go back and stay here!

The room was quaint and inviting. Very clean and comfortable. The location was next to perfect, very close to the main part of town. It definitely felt more like a 3 to 4 star hotel rather than 2.5 stars.

We liked the little touches on the decorations that made the room feel homey. The location was great, close enough to walk, but away from the major traffic so not allot noise.

The sweet cozyness it came with. King size bed was soft and comfortable. Loved to whirlpool bath and cozy fire! Loved celebrating our 13yr anniversary!

The location to town and the ski hill amphetheater. Loved having a 2 floor suite with 2 bathrooms, and kitchenette.

Thin walls, few options for breakfast. We had a billing dispute too, but that was positively handled by management.

Location is excellent for walking around town. Hotel has decent sized rooms and the service we received was very good. We took advantage of the complimentary miniature golf across the street.

Great location in downtown Leavenworth, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and wine tasting. Also, very friendly staff.

Not worth the price I paid but room was very clean which is super important to me. Great central location. Breakfast remarkably unimpressive.

The hotel staff were efficient and kind. The location was excellent, the rooms quiet and comfortable. There is a hot tub for the snowy evenings.

We found everything to our satisfaction.
