I accidentally left my ID at the front desk.....front desk clerk walked up to my room to deliver it.

Wifi didn’t work. Pool was closed even though we called and asked if the pool was open. We still wanted to swim so we had to go to the local ymca for $30/day. We got to our first room and it wasn’t cleaned or prepared so we had to switch rooms

Checked in at 6 and room was not ready — wait time was half an hour. Internet does not work at all.

Location and the breakfast was great

Housekeeping visited my room 1 day out of the 7 (Only after the first day). Needed to get towels from the front desk throughout the visit. Front desk staff was solid.

Mold all along bath tub. It was brought to management and we were moved to another room, also mold around the bath tub. Very disappointing

I had a old food wrapper with layers of dust on the side of my bedside table. I was over charged twice for my stay I stayed on the 26th and they have been charging my card for 127 and I already paid can't get any help. Cheap place not up to standard

I was given another room upon my discovery the first room smelled like old cigarette smoke and a one inch opening under door directly outdoors, a crack on the door showing daylight and need of weather stripping around the door...daylight visible around it

Lack of cleanliness overall. The door to the office was very dirty. Professional demeanor was lacking at front desk.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good price

The location was sketchy. The outside temp was 97 degrees and the A/C was off in the room we were assigned. It took 4 hours to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

Found spider in bathroom and some day one v]bed made other not but overall it was pretty clean.

Staff breakfast told us food etc stay in dining area but others were taking food and staff didn¿t get on them even though we never took food out of dining area

The location was very convenient. It was a bit off the interstate, which made it quieter. There were plenty of food options close by.

Ladies were lovely to deal with. The location was perfect. The mini waffles and blueberry syrup were so tasty each morning.

The toilet was not secured to the floor; so it shifted with each use. Telephone indicated messages "Dial 6". Didn't work, Night Clerk didn't know how to recover or if we had messages. He reset the phone and it remained the same.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Hotel did not have any hot running water and taking a shower was not possible. There was a sound that kept us up all night. For these two reasons my rating is low

we booked this hotel for one reason only: the outdoor pool that they advertised. We got there and there was moss growing in the pool, and they said it was broken. So take down the pictures then!

It was off the main drag, so it was very quiet

We bought a bag of M & M peanuts and left for two days. When we returned they were gone????

Not clean and is dingy. There is a family that lives at this hotel and complains about anyone who stays there. They would rather keep this family at this hotel rather than anyone who visits.

The location is close to a variety of different shops and restaurants yet still tucked out of the way enough to have a fairly serene atmosphere at the hotel.

I never have any complaints about this hotel.

Lakewood is the perfect quaint hotel near to restaurants, stores and JBLM. Thankful we didn't stay at any hotel near Hosmer street, that looked like an accident/crime waiting to happen.

Large room, very good mattress, large TV with lots of cable channels.

Several breakfast items were not available.

Inexpensive, clean, good location for my purposes.

No real issues. Very happy staying there.
