Clarion Pointe Kent - Seattle South

This hotel was filthy. The ceilings, walls, bedsheets were all nasty. Left the hotel immediately. Paid premium to stay in another hotel. Need refund. Homeless people infront of the hotel. Smells weed/smoke all over the hotel lobby and room.

It was dirty, wadnt a hotel was motel, sheets and walls both had holes in them and they lied they do no have a spa, laundry or hot breakfast. No seating in the main lobby. Nothing it says it does on your website. Our view from our windows was garbage

Door was broken, windows opened fully to the sidewalk, so someone could climb in, I had to be moved because the smoke alarm was beeping in the fist room. The room I moved to had no bolt lock. Hot water took over 10 minutes to heat

Dirty, many things broken or missing in rooms, noisy, unsafe environment, poor service

Free breakfast was just a sandwich that you throw in the microwave and pastry with water.

I?m not a person who enjoys giving a bad review, but this hotel does not meet the standards of Quality Inn. Do not stay here, especially single females. There were questionable activities going on and the side door was propped open with garbage bags.

Dirty, broken door lock, old food left in fridge, smelled of cigarette smoke, breakfast was a joke in a bag, outer door was broken and did not close, extension cord plugged into bathroom outlet and run down the hall and out under the room door, more.?

I asked for another room because there was dried vomit on of bed it had a musty smell. Other room. My slipper literally stuck to bathroom floor. This place had weird people in the parking lot, hallways. Couldn't afford a better hotel. Very disappointed

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, hands down. I?m not difficult, and understand a place being a bit run down, but filthy is not acceptable.

The walls were actually dirty and sticky by the door handles. The were so dirty it turned the bottoms of my socks brown when I stepped in the wet patch in front of the fridge, and it felt like a place where convicts went after being released from prison.

We left without harm to ourselves or our belongings.

I felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. It was a last minute booking on limited wifi so my big mistake was I didn?t read the reviews. Everything was so awful when we got there that my children and I left and did not stay.

No fridge, no blow dryer. it was a dopers hangout. Dirty

The first room I was given didn?t have a door lock that worked. The second room - the fridge, wall mounted hair dryer & some of the lights didn?t work.

The hotel is very old , dirty and there are a lot homeless people around . We felt very unsafe .

Unclean, unsafe hotel. Tiny beds, noisy AC. Rude staff. Missing advertised amenities ([list missing amenities]). Skip this place! There are much better options in Seattle.

Very dirty and unsafe. The carpet looks like a tarmac road, the rooms we smelly had to cancel my reservation for the rest of my stay and went elsewhere!

Yes I am terribly upset with my stay at the Quality Inn Motel in Kent WA. My room was Absolutely Terrible. There's a huge whole in the ceiling above the shower, the bathroom was dirty and the floor in front of the bathroom door where the carpet is was wet

Nothing likable about this place.

This not a place I will recommend , the hallways smell marijuanas . It more like shelter to accommodate homeless . I checked out early , did not feel safe there. I do not recommande this place , it is not safe . The reception area smells too.
