Being upstairs but a king size bed there.

It was conveniently located

I was put in a smoking room and not asked if I had a preference. I didnt even know smoking in rooms was still allowed. There was a broken bed in my room. It had a huge hole in it. The room was not clean. There were spiders webs and debri on floor.

Nothing really. Won't stay there again.

Noise traffic. No continental breakfast. Only coffee. What if you don't drink coffee? Had to ask for clean towels. Outside of building was extremely dirty. Inside rooms needs updates. No emptying of trash on second day of a 2 night stay.

most of the staff were great.

the first of 3 rooms was so noisy we couldn't sleep. the second room had no heat, we were told there was no empty rooms. no offer of extra blankets or heater. the third room was the first room we had. . have requested a refund. have not heard back

It was the only one available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was in a sad state of disrepair, however it looked like there was renovation going on in other rooms. Right on a busy street, it was very noisy. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the rest was poor.

The rooms smelled of smoke even though it says it is a non-smoking room. Sheets did not smell washed.

Nothing. It was horrible.

It was filthy. They didn?t change the garbage or clean surfaces. Broken flooring fixed with tape. Every surface was sticky. No wash clothes or enough towels. They canceled breakfast with a sign saying breakfast is canceled. Creepy people living there.

I liked the location , the area because there are a lot of convenient restaurants / stores.

I really did not like how there was SO MANY homeless people, crackheads and tweakers all around and outside of the hotel. I felt super uncomfortable and not safe as I didn?t even want to leave out of the room. The office staff did nothing about it.

This motel is a dump. The floors are torn up. There are holes in the walls. Everything is dirty. And the local homeless use it as a hangout.

Staff at front desk was very pleasant.

Room was dirty, mold on bathroom ceiling, hair in shower, sink area walls were filthy, the knob for heater was missing, stained sheets, holes in bedspread, plus smoke smell (no smoke room).

Was absolutely nothing I liked

Nothing but drug users everywhere, people coming and going all hours of the night, tv remote didn't work so couldn't watch tv to drown out the tweekers. I was so creeped out I slept fully dressed in case I had to leave in a hurry. Was nonrefundable

went to get our breakfast as advertised and there WAS NO BREAKFAST, NOT EVEN COFFEE. On our way to car,saw multiple syringes on ground and two bloody gauze bandages. Asked for refund, but because we spent the night, they refused.DO NOT STAY HERE.

WE DIDN'T NOTICE ALL THE PROBLEMS UNTIL NEXT MORNING, SO STAFF WOULD NOT GIVE US REFUND FOR OUR STAY.

The room to clean. Everything is in order everything works as it should No complaints I don't see any bugs. Some flies, good location

Nice, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay there. The BIG frustration was that I booked the reservation because it included a free continental breakfast both mornings. We were told upon arrival that this is no longer the case. This is dishonest.

The Air Conditioner worked well. It's localized for food and shopping if needed.

No tp holder, cigarette burned blanket, sink spiders, paint peeling from the cieling in the shower area, patches on the bathroom door, you get what you pay for, which isn't much.

It smelled like cigarettes. People who weren¿t staying there wandered around the parking lot at all hours and up and down the corridor. It¿s right by a highway so it was very loud.

Not much to really like about it. Well the price was good.

Floor was ripped and torn, also, it felt like it was rotting. Could not change channels on TV. Website said free breakfast, that did not happen. coffee Was however good.
