- Very nice rooms. Breakfast was very good. friendly staff (main desk).
- The breakfast attendee was amazingly attentive and cheerful. She want above and beyond. One of the front desk people were great and responsive but most of the time nobody was at the front desk and you could not find them.
- Staff was excellent. Location was good.
Cons -
- The small pillows
- The ceiling in my room was coming down in the bathroom. The front desk was not attentive. Took me 3 days to get my room cleaned. I got coffee pods that were sealed but empty.
- We discovered black mold in the bathroom (Room 216) with several spots on the walls. This is a serious health concern, especially considering I was preparing for pre-operative and recovering from post-operative extensive surgery.
