Beverly. The front desk clerk on the night shift. Warm, friendly, kind. I also liked that it was quiet.

Great location, clean and neat hotel, excellent staff

The entire hotel was filthy! Pool green, hot tub broken, broken ice machine and no vending machines on floors, night front desk lady is rude, bathrooms were dirty, beds dirty, broken down cars in parking lot, view out my window was a junk yard!

We liked that it was close to the hospital. They had a decent continental breakfast.

Our room could have been cleaner and the mattresses need to be replaced. The yellow cover on one of the beds was dirty and the room smelled like cheap cologne.

The location and the price. I stayed in this hotel years and years ago. It is good for the price. The breakfast was good as well.

The ONLY issue I have is when you are locating the hotel, the sign takes you off of the highway, but is the WRONG entrance. Super annoying! You have to literally get back on on the highway just to take the next driveway entrance.

Breakfast bar is closed down, and the hotel gives you a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, an energy bar and a bottle of water in lieu of the breakfast buffet.

The room smells and shower made very load noise. And there was also a noise coming from someplace for a super long time that was annoying.

Pool and hot tub were permanently green. Seemed to have fleas in the room. It was OK for a last minute need.

Ants in the bathroom, rude staff, minus the one front desk agent, she was very nice and helpful. Room walls are thin you hear everything. Also don't miss their checkout time, I got a call at 9 minutes after checkout. Unimpresse

The bed was terrible, felt like I was sleeping in wooden box. The bathroom was also very tiny. This place needs a remodel.

The staff and the price.

The air conditioner is controlled by some kind of outside thermostat, so I could not turn it on to cool the room... Had I not been on the ground floor, I would have opened the window, but that was not an option for me.
