construction early in the morning above our room during our stay, leaks in our bathroom, both the hot water and cold water being turned off without warning at multiple times.

It was pretty clean inside and outside.

I believe housekeeping crew could have been nicer.It also was cold throughout the facility.

The room was very nice, I like the small kitchen, Staff was very sweet!! Great place to stay and super convenient. Right off I5 & next to the Commons mall.

The bed was a bit firm, I'm not a fan of firm beds. Back hurt when I woke up. Otherwise, It was a great place to stay!! This would not stop me from staying again tho!

I love the front entrance look, it's welcoming and homely. The staff greeted me with a smile and assistance was offered with lots of patience. I loved it. The space I got at 325 was wonderful and with the arrangement beautifully done offering a comfortable atmosphere.

The dining area I feel would do better with music.

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, room had everything I needed, quiet and bed was comfy!!

It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and the heaters were really loud, woke me up during the nights.

Free breakfast was provided every morning ranging from pastries to oatmeal, etc. Gym and pool access was the best about this hotel. Its pretty rare to find a hotel with a decent facility as such. Definitely had a great time.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is amazing. Location is surrounded by all the things I wanted to do.

I never checked in because I was told the room was on the 8th floor, and the elevators was broken, and this is after they denied they have availability until I said I booked a reservation that’s when the elevators was broken. So instead I never showed up to the hotel, and never checked in but I was charged and they won’t even let me speak to the manager to get my money back

I loved the space, has a kitchenette and separate seating space. Kitchen amenities and clean bathroom with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast is okay but no variations if staying for more than 2 days

It’s a bit far from most amenities and I was charged 50$ for incidentals which was to be released 3-5days after check out and I am still to get it back on my card

New property just listed, clean, good amenities and excellent breakfast.

The cleanliness, the friendly helpful staff, the excellent laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we visit. The breakfast was very nice too! My grandson loved the pool!

We liked everything!

Very close to shopping and food choices. Close to freeway (without freeway noise). It was about 10 min to the link station (tram) which was perfect!

nothing truly. they were under construction. there needs to be a notice on this app. from the parking lot all the way though shambles

no notice that there was no breakfast minus a cart of gas station variety, construction throughout worst I’ve seen.

The vent in restroom wasn't working

It was great for a weekend to stay near the King County Aquatic Center.
