Pros +

Everything was fine except that the freezer in the refrigerator didn't work. The price was reasonable.
The room was clean and nice enough. They got me into a nonsmoking room even though I accidentally booked smoking.

Cons -

freezer wasn't working
They required a $10 key deposit, at check out time, I waited for 25min. for front counter help so I could return my key and no show. I left and lost my $10. No WiFi. Too much street noise.
No "do not disturb sign" so people ended up coming into my room. Parking lot was full of trash. There was a ton of furniture crammed into the little room. 2 big chairs, table with chair set, desk, entertainment center, ottoman, bed. NO BREAKFAST.
