This place has gotten so run down. The carpet is visibly dirty, it smells dirty, paint peeling, rust around doors and in tub. Absolutely disgusting.

Spotless - my room and overall property.

Very minor : I always like freshly prepared oatmeal - not the instant oatmeal packets. The latter are not healthy (bad for diabetes and heart patients). Having said that, the breakfast was excellent as was the breakfast room cook-monitor.

Dried blood in the bathroom, cleanliness was terrible. Phone calls in the middle of the night, screaming people in the hallways.

Cheap and convenient. Great desk staff.

Very worn, dirty, needing repairs. Running toilet, broken sink faucet, peeling paint, rust, grime, carpet smells.

The staff was great! Very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom, especially after a long drive.

Front desk personnel was very kind and sweet.

My room wasn?t very clean. There was a toothbrush holder left on the sink, the room door was open when I got there (not locked), and the toilet ran so loudly I didn?t sleep at all. Rough night.

I liked the locatiion, close to the Freeway. Also the Free Breakfast. And the Pool & Hot Tub

There is no Elevator. I am old and it was hard for me to lug my bags up and down the steps. Plus going up and down the steps without any bags. I don't do steps well.

The location and breakfast. The staff at night allowed the pool to be open until 9:30 pm because we came in at 8:30 and our kids were bummed it was about to close.

The beds weren¿t that comfortable, the room was just ok. The pool closes really early at 9 pm. Thankfully the staff allowed an extra 30 minutes but it makes no sense to close on a Friday night at 9 pm. Most pools everywhere else are open until 10-11 pm.

Our room was not clean. White substance on vanity. Walls needed to be washed.

Friendly staff, coffee served all day. Clean facility inside. Breakfast was very good.

The back door key wouldn¿t work despite the few times we turned in our key for staff to reset. Outside hotel is pretty run down.0

The staff was helpful.

The hotel was showing its age, for example the bathroom door was so warped it wouldn¿t close completely. Everything was tired. The staff, particularly the young staff people however were very accommodating.

Reasonably clean. Nice staff.

Hotel is tucked away behind abandoned building and gas station - not very inviting approach and entry. Outdated fixtures. 2-star listed as 2 1/2 star. Probably some slightly better/updated hotels in area that might be a better value.

The cleaning staff entered our rooms before we checked out while we were still getting ready to leave before checkout. The big mirror fell off the wall and almost hit my children. (They said that happens often)

everything worked, beds were clean, correct size. perfect for traveling with out large dog, lots of room to walk him. quiet area. staff was nice but clearly english was a second language. (russian? ) we had to reserve the pool, but i think i like that

Staff willingly made changes to our room because we unexpectedly had 2 children with us and the cost for this change was reasonable. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable.

The shower had a major leak and we were unable to use it. We had to use our adjoining room shower. The doors between the connecting room were too close and overlapped making it difficult to move through to our bathroom.

FRONT DESK STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND OTHER HOTEL STAFF, THE PEOPLE CLEANING, WERE NICE.

ROOM ABSOLUTELY NEEDS MAINTENANCE. PAINT PEELING OFF WALLS AND BATHTUB AND ROOM WERE JUST PRETTY GROSS. NOTHING THE CLEANING STAFF COULD DO ANYTHING ABOUT- IT IS JUST WORN OUT.

Convenient access from freeway

Beds were very worn and extremely uncomfortable. More noise than usual from other rooms. Check in person was completely distracted by the television on the wall. Room keys were incorrect on first try.

Price was good. Nice towels.

Jacuzzi tub in room was filthy. Asked for it to be cleaned. We we told it was. When we tried the jets again, out came kits of black hunk into the tub while I was in it. Yuck!
