Econo Lodge Ellensburg Near University

Staff

No iron or iron board in unit, bathroom needs holes in wall caulked. Bugs crawling in 107

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely hands-down the worst hotel. I’ve stayed in in over two years. I spent 100 nights a year on the road. I’ve never stayed in such a dilapidated bedbug infested hotel in my life.

It was friendly safe cheap clean and comfortable and it had a bathtub.

Nada

When by accident I locked myself out of my room they just gave me new keys without charging me

Price

One member of the front desk team, an older woman, has an extremely bad attitude and should be fired.

Staff, location

Carpet in room was filthy, overhead shelves very dusty/dirty

Good location and ample parking.

Room was in pretty rough shape, pillows on bed were worst I've ever seen, would not stay here again.

Decent room right off the freeway

Very loud--lots of plumbing and neighbor footstep/roller bag noise

They were very quick and thorough at check in. Always friendly and rooms were surprisingly in good condition. The only problem we encountered was remote to a/c was not functioning

Location

Outdated, damaged walls, terrible tv picture and options for shows, no streaming tv services, staff doesn?t seem to care about the place

A bed to sleep in for the night.

Many things. It was dirty. There was something gross left in the sink. Overall parents felt dirty. Lamp shades were broken. When I went to take a shower the shower had fell off. Staff was dishonest about charging my card for the deposit...Should I go on?

Just a bed

The room was In poor condition none of the outlits work, dirty lines, and staff was OK mold and hole in the walls. Room in poor condition.

The towels and shower curtain were stained, there was a sticky spot in the carpet that our shoes stuck to, holes through the comforter, and the room smelled like either stale cigarettes, urine, beer, or some weird combo of all three.

Super friendly front desk staff! Very comfy bed and super soft sheets. Great options for an easy breakfast

Slightly musty smell in bedroom but didn't notice it after a little bit.

Spacious room with king size bed..with fridge and microwave

Shower head. very little flow of water

parking

Night shift harassed my husband, put a note on his door threatened to have him towed away. Did the same to others parked we he did. The area we parked was where we were told anyone pulling a trailer can park. She was rude and really something wrong.

After being informed there was no elevator, the clerk who checked us in immediately changed us to a ground floor room.

The room was cramped.it was a very noisy environment. The room charge was too high for the quality of the room. The "free breakfast" was a very poor offering.

Great location. Clean room. Pleasant staff.

Very clean, well kept room

The room was very crowded for 2 beds. We had to climb around a chair to get to bathroom. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

It was clean, quiet, and comfy. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was available.

There was no ground floor room available but it was a last minute booking so not their fault
