Breakfast, staff, clean, and the room was kept cool

The bed was hard and the air-conditioner sounds like a snow blower.

The room had just been remodeled and the breakfast was excellent- lots of choices.

It needed a detailed cleaning. The toilet bowl had a ring and there were drips/streaks on the front of the furniture that you could only see when the sun hit them. Also the glass shower doors and chrome fixtures, while lovely, were streaky.

Late check in.

Bed was terrible. Visible body indentations, cocavity on both sides of king bed.

The comfy beds, the breakfast very good. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Nice gym too.

Front desk staff need more training and customer service skills. Since a receptionist charged me again, when I had already paid online.

The staff was very friendly, the young gal who did the breakfast area (but usually works in laundry) went above & beyond her duties and was so sweet. She deserves a raise! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area was wonderful after a long drive.

The hotel needs to install cameras on the backside of the hotel ASAP! Someone broke in and tried to steal our truck, thankfully they didn't.

Ended up not staying there, smelt like onions. Room had burns on the counter it was gross.

Location was great, staff was great, and they have handled the virus very well. They spaced out guests well. I was worried about having to stay somewhere away from home, but felt totally comfortable staying there!

No indoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast is in a brown paper bag. TV & cable choices are laughable.

Staff was friendly and saved my ice cream. They were kind enough to place it in their fridge until the next morning.

Just wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Other than that it was a great stay.

I always love Hampton Inn for their cleanliness and also their comfortable beds and accomodations.

Check out is 11am. At 10am, I had housekeeping knocking on the door (despite my do not disturb sign being on the door). Please do not have housekeeping knock on a door if the sign is displayed and it isn't even check out time.

Great rate for the location and near dining for family. Breakfast was excellent, kids always enjoy the waffles!

Said noon check out on the website but front desk attendant said 11...I had specifically picked this hotel for the later check out time so that was a little disappointing.

Quality of building and furnishings. Cleanliness.

Deep cleaning of room is needed. Example:. Bed headboards had noticeable smudges.

Usual Hampton Inn room but a little smaller. Breakfast was not good - in fact bacon, eggs and potatoes tasted old/stile like rancid oil. really bad

Could hear people in the hall very easily! Elevator was CRAZY cold!!

The friendly staff, that it was clean in the hallways and in the rooms, that there was a pool and a hot tub on-site, and that the breakfast provided was delicious! :)

Instead of having the pool hours from like 7am-10pm, the pool should be 12noon-10pm for all, and 6am-2am for adults only. Then there'd be a 4 hr gap for cleaning, and adults could enjoy the Pool & hot tub without obnoxious children - like what we had. :(

Very clean, couldn't hear any traffic noise, decorated nicely, quick check in
