Quality Inn Cle Elum-Ellensburg

The room was sooooo dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the doors slammed shut. There was so much noise throughout our short stay we barely slept. Around 5 am someone started hammering and fixing things next to our room.

The motel was really helpful with it everything we needed they're there for us and worked right on to it

Do not like the train in the back that thing woke me up four times one night. Not used to it but I don't know if the motel can do anything about that

The showers are very attractive with their cylindrical shape, with the glass door. However, water leaks around the bottom of the door, getting the bathroom floor outside the shower wet. This time it ran all the way back to the toilet!

This was a nice location - about a mile from Hwy 90. The lobby was very nice. I liked my room, and its location near the back door, which made it easy to get things in and out of my car.

I couldn't take a shower - the water only came out extremely hot or cold - the internet worked intermittenly but was fast enough. The tv and choice of stations was great. I left before the 6:30 a.m. breakfast.

The staff person sat on the couch and talked on speaker phone all the time.. waiting on customers was not the priority. The breakfast was marginal and we all had to endure his phone conversation as we ate. No hot water or decaf coffee.

This was a horrible place. When I opened the door to the room I was hit in the face with the strongest, cheapest lemon air freshener smell. I usually don¿t mind scented things, but it was awful. I found it open on a shelf and put it outside. Also flies!

The staff was really friendly the place was really clean very quiet even with pets allowed and it was in a good location

The only thing I can think of was that I'd asked the person at the desk about asking pay-per-view and I got a very strange answer like he didn't know what I was talking about.

BED BUGS!! I came back and within 24 hours have itchy red bites in a line on my hands/feet. No insulation in walls/ceilings and hotel staff hung up on me when I politely asked them to stop cleaning the room above since you can literally hear everything.

It smelled like marijuana and the manager accused my husband of smoking marijuana in the lobby bathroom.

Location

Double charged the pet fee. When selecting room picked the pet friendly room that cost $20 more than the same room that was not listed as pet pet friendly. When checking out they insisted on charging the pet fee for two days. Clerk reluctant to discuss.

Super dirty, the owners of this property don't seem to care. It is not maintained very well. Website says "close to Suncadia" when it is actually miles from Suncadia. Place is a joke. WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Beds were comfortable, check in was easy and even tho because of covid hot breakfast was shut down the grab breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked.

The floors in our room were wood and we were on the 2nd floor and didn't get in until late at night. Before we were even all done bringing in our stuff the guy from the floor below us complained about the noise and wanted us to stop bringing our luggage
