Hot breakfast and clean lobby and bedroom

The young man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten his name. We checked in about 3:30 on 8/9/26 and talked to him about the concert we were going to.

I needed a safe, clean, and affordable place to stay for a couple of nights and this hotel offered just that

I would have given cleanliness a 10 but the carpets could use a cleaning, otherwise it’s a clean hotel

The heated pool, nice room and beds and the breakfast.

We were placed right across the vending machines and there was a lot of noise coming in from that with a bunch of kids, but later on they stopped and we were able to go to bed. It was late when they stopped I guess I would’ve appreciated if it was earlier

People in next door room smoking both cigarettes and weed the hotel lobby and common areas were dirty floors not cleaned for days nor vaucumed

We were told that quiet time was from 6pm -6am. On our last night, after midnight, people in the room above us was being very noisy and we couldn't sleep.

The area was convenient. The hotel was a value.

It would have been nice if the breakfast had a healthier option like yogurt and fruit.

Breakfast was cold not good at all, stayed here a couple times will not do that again

The location for my purposes was great! The breakfast provided and the food service people were great. The house cleaning staff was superior, helpful, and friendly. The receptionist were also helpful and friendly.

When taking a shower in my room the tub was not draining well and I needed to fiddle with the drain control handle to make sure the water was draining.

It is close to the 405 in Bothell. Clean and pleasant surroundings

I did not receive the room I booked. The drain in the bathroom sink and shower drained slowly and was backing up.

Really dirty room and hotel. Not only that, but the shower didn't work right and the toilet was wobbly

Wi-Fi is underwhelming - reminds me of 2010 - location is a little off putting - I think i'v e stayed there 4 times now and I still havent found an easy place to go eat without experiencing suburban freeway interchange hell and indiustrial park ambience.

Hot tub and free breakfast are good.

Hallway noise was a bit much. Especially in the morning.

The location of the hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was clean.

We booked two rooms, one of the rooms was fine (bed dipped in the middle so not comfortable for two people), the second had a broken A/C unit. They moved us to a new room but that room had an overpowering cologne scent.

The staff made me feel comfortable and safe: reception, the dining/kitchen, maintenance, pool and housekeeping

Not the hotel, only some other clients who let their children misbehave like wasteful animals (hotels can not teach ?how to be a parent?)

I had a 3pm check-in time and wasn?t able to get into my room until 5:30pm local time. Definitely frustrating.

Room 211 had a constant rumbling. I assume it was located next to a mechanical part of the building. We could sleep fine because the rest of the room was so comfortable but I could see how this would bother some people.

Location! And our check-in gal was super nice but it took a bit to get checked in. We liked our room. It was clean and we liked the breakfast in the morning. 12pm checkout! That was amazing, you just don't see it a lot anymore.

We waited a god 20 minutes and there was only one person ahead of us. The other check-in lady with the blue hair was having a tough day and had to take a minute while we waited to be helped.

The WiFi was horrible at night and completely useless. In the morning when the load was off it worked fine.
