The fact that I got a non refundable room and when I went to recheck in I got told that they rent rooms for 3 days in a row and I.was told to.leave horrible professionalosn

Easy check in, great location

The workout room is kind of a joke, three machines and a water dispenser that is out of order. Yes it is a listed feature, but stay somewhere else if that feature is important to you. It was a nice day so I ended up just taking a run.

The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and good.

Room had an order that did not dissipate with windows open all 3 days. Bed was way too soft-husband sank in the bed.

Location is near highway access, and walking distance to a large grocery store, a "healthy" restaurant (PCC), and several restaurants.

Leaving one person at the desk, and no one to respond to needs of the guests makes the front desk people very surly. Frig didnt work. Front desk said I could go someplace else if I didn't like it. It was Replaced finally. Bad outlet connection.

The Room was dirty, especially the bed sheets and pillowcases and some of the towels. Reception lady was unwelcoming person, zero Smile. Ask my wife?s name, I have stayed so many different hotels never been asked that question.the Bathroom fan not working

Breakfast was ok

Nobody was at the counter when we arrived. They were in the bathroom listening to music. The first two rooms they showed us reeked like cigarettes and I have terrible allergies. Third one was the charm

The location was very convenient for food options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The bathroom had some problems. The toilet seat had been cleaned with some strong chemicals that had damaged the toilet seat and it needed to be replaced. The shower rod was down and the curtain was torn in several place and not wide enough.

The Girls at the Front Desk are very polite and Professional and Always take Good care of me... My Room was Spotless, the Shower, Perfect... I expected QUIET and that's what they gave me..

Free parking, very safe to park your vehicle in the lot, Free great breakfast, Very clean, good location, and convenient. We love it and highly recommended.

The room is big and spacious. The breakfast is good and it doesn't hurt to have free parking.

The pillows and toilet paper need to be changed. The wallpaper makes the hotel look dirtier than it actually is.R Removing those would really benefit the hotel feel.Some of the staff need to be more welcoming. There was only one who was really nice

In room fridge was a little noisey but those small fridges tend to be noisey anyway

Thin walls if person next door has a snoring issues. Bed is very high so might be hard for some to get onto, no protein for breakfast (except premade breakfast sandwiches in fridge) only waffles, cereal, pastries and yogurt.

Near grocery store and restaurants. Convenient to freeway.

Lots of damage to room. Torn shower curtain, cracked toilet bowl, toilet severely damaged as if acid burned, unattached tub drain, water stains on curtains.
