- Clean, roll on shower made it easy to gather when using a walker. Friendly staff. Went out of way ti help me.
- The Medallion puts to shame other hotels that a charge $50-$100 more per night. It?s not the most luxurious, but it is the most accommodating, flexible, and down to earth. Breakfast is great. Staff is awesome. They?re always respectful of privacy.
- Absolutely best staff. They?re kind, flexible, and compassionate.

- The pool did not open until 10 and check out is 11. Most hotels the spa and pool open at 6. Children running and yelling in the hallway.
- Non operating electrical outlets. Toilet paper roll was empty. No handicap room as requested.
