The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast items prepared each day were delicious! The room and the grounds were clean and well-kept. I will definitely stay here again.

The woman who runs the hotel is great, very friendly. Her chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We couldn't eat breakfast because of the ferry schedule. The sheets were so soft.

The room was tiny but nicely done.

The room was too hot. The fan was covered in black dust. We were catching early ferry and breakfast was not served until 7:45 we were told we could take anything from fridge and there was no where to make coffee. The hotel had no supervision after 6:00 pm

The breakfast.....It was just a Continental Cold Breakfast. For a B&B It should have a nice sit down meal.

The stairs are very steep and my husband has bad knees

We loved the location and view from our room. Lovely grounds. Very comfortable beds. We will be back for sure.

It is not that we didn’t like it really but it is on a busy street so can be a little noisy if that bothers you. We used ear plugs and it was fine for us.

Almost everything was great...exellent hospitality, delicious breakfast, good location, and wonderful hosts.

The room was a little warm and needed two fans to cool air sufficiently. Small closet and no storage space for clothes.

The rooms are very cozy and beautiful and clean. The staff was excellent. I loved the historical feel even though updated.

One of the rooms we rented did not have air conditioning. Stairs only if you have bad knees or heavy suitcases. This was part of the charm!

Great location! Close to everything in town. The inn is very attractive and clean. The breakfast is good.

Mattress was too firm for me. The pillows were flat and offered no support, so very uncomfortable to me. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the room above us, which woke me up at midnight and went on for over an hour.

Beautiful historic home. Room was lovely and well appointed. Friendly welcoming staff. Hot coffee available shortly after 6am. Stunning backyard with plenty of seating to enjoy. Delicious breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The breakfasts were exceptional.The king bed was super comfortable - 2 great nights of sleepThe owners and staff were all very pleasant.The chocolate chips cookies in the room were very tasty

The B&B is situated on one of the busiest streets in the city. There was considerable street noise.That said, when the air conditioner was running the street noise wasn't heard.Water pressure in the shower could be stronger. My wife had trouble washing her hair.

This was one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at--the rooms are lovely, the food id delicious, and the owners could not be kinder!

I liked every aspect of my stay--there was nothing I didn't like.

I love the location and the comfort feeling of home. The backyard has such a relaxing feel with a fire out and gazebo so that you can enjoy it no matter what the weather is. The owners are absolutely wonderful people and the breakfast is amazing!
