The man who checked me in was very accommodating and very friendly. He put me in a great room. I asked for quiet room and he found one.

Most of the time your price is too expensive to stay in the motel but this time it was affordable. I come in to town 2-3 times a year and usually can’t afford it

People on the floor above me were very noisy all 4 nights with walking and making other noises Everything else was great Could you put makeup mirrors in the bathrooms to help since mirrors are pretty far away when you are short.

Room was clean and updated. Parking is available in the parking garage at a discounted rate. The breakfast was fantastic! They had two waffle irons, one with mini waffles and one regular sized iron. My son was dazzled by the mini waffles. Friendly staff!

When the trains depart, they blow their whistle. They were blowing at 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM and 3 AM.

I could not lower the heat below 68 degrees, which I like to do when sleeping. There was no tub, only a shower, which I did not know ahead of time. The maid changed the towels daily, even though I asked that she not, to conserve.

Noise room upstairs as they stomped around at all times of the night, room next to us sounded like moving stuff around, banged on the wall and cars were very noisy on the street.

The HILTON IVR and phone system. I was delayed for driving up in a snowstorm and wanted to make sure our room would not be given away. The IVR sent us in circles, then it required the confirmation by typed in to the phone. Sorry, not while driving and getting off the highway to do so seemed like a bad idea. Maybe your revenue managers think you are saving a lot of money by prefiltering calls but this took it too far. The FOOD service. Whatever food supply company is delivering plastic wrapped "fresh" fruit to the breakfast bar needs to make sure the fruit is not bruised and rotten and just held together by wasteful plastic cling wrap.
