Bed was comfortable.
The location, near Middlebury, is good.

Cons -

2 outlets in our room did not work. They were in inconvenient locations but we were able to make it work.
Room temperature could not be reduced.?very warm and uncomfortable.
Water pressure was low. Bistro was very overpriced.

The location, near Middlebury, is good.

The staff was strangely unknowledgeable about how to connect to wifi, check in, etc. Many mistakes and other customers did not seem satisfied. The manager (in a lengthy process)made me book the same room TWICE because she didn't notice I had already paid.
