Pros +
- We stayed here multiple times but the hotel is getting outdated our couch was broken squeaky but I managed to sleep on it and heat is making noise through the night once it starts 5 bangs I counted each time :) Toilet got clogged but man came right away to fix it. I’ve read same review. this is room 19 maybe was same room for them too. Place was fully booked so no switches but we didn’t ask. Only good thing guy brought me blanket for the couch otherwise impossible to sleep no covers. Asked for garbage bags coffee sheet for blanket said they’ll be right there - still waiting back home now. No one cleans the roomEven put sign please come in. Don’t drop towels on the floor I doubt anyone will bring new ones. They locked us out before check out time at 8 am key stopped working was annoying had to go to front desk
- Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was a great addition for those busy get to the slopes quick morning. Hot tub and pool was nice. Room was clean.
- The location was great and the room was clean but dated.
Cons -
- Property is great location 20 mins to mountain 2-5 mins to most restaurants downtown very convenient walls are thin but we were lucky with neighbors only first night some guys were laughing loud til 11pm then quiet. Otherwise very quiet location spacey rooms breakfast used to have delicious donuts no more cereal is limited not avail all days. We paid 705$ 4 nights aspen next door was 100$ cheaper but no breakfast and allow dogs which ruins room smell sometimes or barking.
- Heating system or toilets are noisy. Hear them all night. We came in after a busy weekend. Room was clean, towels were missing. No issue however Overall great for $$
- The Wifi was not great.
