- This hotel is like going to Great Wolf Lodge but for Adults. Everything is here and you do not have to leave to get anything.
- Ski in & out. Pool W/Hot Tub. Dinning. Breakfast.

Cons -
- Staff was extremely unhelpful -- we asked for a second set of bath robe. Nobody answers the phone call at front desk. We went to the front desk and they told us to wait for 30min. We did. Nobody came up at all. Awful experience.
- Staff is never overly friendly or nice. it would be great if they had coffee already made and kept it by the water in the lobby early in the morning.. no one enjoys making their own pot of coffee at 6am ;)

Location is perfect
