N/A the hotel was overbooked. Fortunately I was directed to another location that was able to accommodate me.

See prior comment. The alternate location did not have a continental breakfast.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Very shabby room with torn curtains, cockroaches, stained bed linens, sticky floors, dim lighting, smoky smelling, and a building with peeling paint, lots of derelict types of people loitering around. Could say much more if offered more space.

Staff was pretty nice, but made me feel brushed off by shrugging off the roach issue.

The roaches that were crawling on my soda mouth piece and food, and the fact the staff just repeated the no refund policy after informing them. Wouldn’t have booked if I knew I was sleeping with bugs, had to deep wash all my belongings once I got home

The location, the pool

It says breakfast they had no breakfast the room smelled curtains where old bathroom was small no microwave in the room

Room was gross. Bathroom had no door and was not clean, with dirty and badly patched walls.

Leaving!! Was in the middle of crackhead city and homeless people in the parking lot

Was a horrible experience!! Absolutely filthy, shades broken people could look into our room, holes in the walls, black mold around the tub, cockroaches on the floor, was supposed to be a pool but wasn't available, was no breakfast but it was advertised.

Checking out the next day

The staff, the cleaning of the room, lack of breakfast or pool, damaged walls, disgusting linen with stains, sheets with stains, hair inside the shower, dirty towels, unsafe stairs to get to the second floor, unsafe to drive in to the parking lot

It had roaches in the shower toilet wasn't clean bathroom was nasty sheet was disgusting blood on the bathroom door and just etc I have pictures guy wouldn't give me my money back because I checked for bed bugs.

The $10 gift card they gave me for Dunkin? Donuts walking distance

False advertising: no breakfast, pool open upon request by patron,walls/doors filthy,no carpet or decor as depicted in photos. Long term rental business of rooms is apparent

Service. Homeless population. Fire alarm that kept going off. Arrived at about 10 pm, we were locked out of lobby, no one came for 20 minutes despite phone calls, it was 19 degrees outside. No breakfast despite advertisement.

Cat urine smell in room.. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Dirty room. No extra towels or toilet paper. Complete dump and a waste of money!!!!

The property is no safe, people walking around and those people are not staying at the hotel

I canceled the day of, after arriving and seeing deplorable conditions. I¿m in touch with Choice Hotels regarding getting a refund. I confirmed with Ibrahim my reservation was canceled that day by calling from the parking lot. Im awaiting a full refund.

Not much. --- for an outdated room. It was clean but that's it.

The location and other clientele. And the cable reception on TV was bad.

No pillow cases, all pillows heavily stained. Refrigerator unplugged with door open, wet towel inside and water on floor. TV didn't work. No shower curtain. Towel holder broken off the wall. Room smelled like an old bar room!

The day we left!

The room, beds were horrible, shower curtain pole was hanging, phone didn’t work even after they replaced it.

The location with easy access off the highway was good for a road trip stop. I am typically not picky, and just wanted a quick place to stop overnight and swim a few laps in themorning before heading toward my actual destination.

The room was dusty with cobwebs. The bathroom seemed clean but had a mildew smell. The fridge rattled continuously and I needed to unplug it to get some sleep. About half of the tv stations had no sound. The pool was never open.

Need to turn on heat before guest arrive.Took awhile to heat up.

First floor accommodations.

Billed as a one floo motel, the lobby was up 3 steps with a 4th step to reach the registration desk. As a disabled person using a rollator, I found this distressing. Inside my room, poor placement of bed made opening and closing door very difficult.
