Colonial Motel

They said they would refund my money because they didn’t have my reservation because they were bought out and the reservation didn’t transfer over.

It was dirty, sugar and food all over the breakfast area. They were in the process of remodeling and had nothing set up. Run-down old hotel Unorganized-didn’t have my reservation.

Leaving

Stains on sheets and towels. Door deadbolt had to be closed with a pair of pliers I had in my car since the door lock handle was broken off. And the used syringe needle behind the toilet on the floor was totally unacceptable

The food truck out in front of the establishment was great service with great food.

No pool, tv didn’t work, room was dirty, mismatched curtains, broken entertainment center, no hot tub like advertised on website, poor customer service by all employees we came in contact with.

Room was large

Everything , dirty , smelly , asked for towels - they told me only 2 per room - it was 4 of us . Water spout did not work . They called it continental breakfast A what a joke. They had stale muffins , bread was still in the bag , nothing else .

The hotel was completely run down.There were holes in the hallway stairwell.The rugs were stained.The room smelled horrible.The bed had holes in the mattress it was disgusting.

The hotel. Was not as described on the website.It was awful and I would never Recommend this place to anyone. We had. To go book a hotel in an in another state To stay in that night.

Quiet

The housekeeping staff was extremely rude and yelling at us to leave when we in fact paid for 2 nights. Tried to push their way into the room until they normticed my big Doberman. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone due to the rudeness of staff.

Clean large room in a quiet location with very nice staff.

Nothing this time

The first room looked like someone slept in the first room.then he put us in a room that we had to make 4 trips to get into the room was just awful

Hotel room was bigger than the average so we had plenty of room

Pool was not available for my grandson which was disappointing! You had to be part of the swim school and the other pool was adults only!

Not sure how this hotel had any stars---the roooms are very old and not sure how clean they are....we decided to not stay at this facility.

The location was great, across from the Hannaford and restaurants nearby, even though it was off the main road the room were further back off the road so quiet.

The staff is not very helpful. we requested maid service and didn't get it. They require proof of vaccination to use the pool and it was not advertised boldly so my husband who didn't have his card couldn't use the pool.

Broken TV, stained sheets, generally grimey feel.

Not much. Lower quality than indicated - thin sheets and towels, hair dryer non functional, lots of noise from road nearby, and they should remove ¿spa¿ from the name. Low-star motel

Location

Dated and shabby. Breakfast was minimal. Microwave hutch was coming apart and leaning to one side. Would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

the beds and sheets were clean and white....comfortable, a few issues with TV and the tub was slippery. The gentleman at front desk was very nice and he went out of his way to help.....He was the best thing about the colonial Lodge.

Well its not like a larger city quality but it was comfortable.The tub was very very slippery and i'm overweight and worried about slipping so i put an undershirt on the floor of the tub.

The price but you get what you pay for. Checkin was listed at 2 pm but when I got there I was told 3 pm. Wry nice clerk at checkin but hotel was a bit disorganized.

The price brings less savory people. The room next to mine had an active domestic issues and over indulgence of alcohol causing the volume of the yelling to be pretty loud. Some of the outlet in the room were burned out and the bed was hard.

Either nothing or very little

When I first checked in, I was given a key pass that had the number room 200 written on it. I was told how to get there I had to drive to where it was located and after searching for a good 15 to 20 minutes, I realize there was no room 200. I then had to

The pool was closed and that¿s the only reason I booked it. Shower drain was stopped up. Front desk service was slow.
