The location

The hotel staff were extremely unprofessional. Prior to arrival I called a few times. When I called they would either not answer or pick up the phone and not say anything so I could hear them talking in the background. The room wasn’t properly cleaned.

Location, price

Employees i saw were sitting around, reading, playing on phones, generally not paying much attention. Thus hotel used to be a Marriott level, but I won’t stay there again.

The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. It was a quiet stay and there were several places to eat close to the property.

The pool was out of service. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Staff was great!

Burn mark or dirt on one of the sofa pillows, dirty underneath the sink and drywall was not painted where it had been mudded. opening under the a/c unit

Quiet location, but close to shopping and restaurants. Cleanliness of room!!

I don't like to pay for coffee in the morning when other hotels offer it as a complimentary benefit. I don't use hotel coffee machines because I cannot tell when they have been cleaned.

It's clean and reasonable

The bistro never seems open but that's not a big deal. We stayed here 3 times and I've never seen it open but I understand they may not get the volume of people to warrant staffing it.

Room was not up to standard, bad drains in shower and sink. Pool not clean or working.

I Loved my Balcony!!

Didn't like how slow the elevator was and my balcony being in the front of the building i didnt feel like I had no privacy or was safe due to everyone coming in and out with the restaurant right there i was Alone and from out of Town!!

The location was very convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful.

Not thrilled about getting a handicapped room, but hey, it was clean, right near an exit and actually not a problem for 2 nights.

When we got there September who checked us in did a great job very friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. The room was clean and more than what I was expecting. They made us feel welcomed. I will definitely be staying there again.

Quiet location but still close enough to food, shopping and attractions

1. Dirty sheets 2. LOW water pressure in the shower 3. Bee or wasp nests growing on balcony 4. Balcony not big enough to sit 2 ppl 5. Elevator went out 6 times in 3 days

Cleanliness, front staff and bar staff were great. The location very convenient.

They have no room and transferred me to another hotel, with different room type.

The lobby atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The staff was professional and pleasant. The room was clean and I loved the floors. The location of the hotel was excellent, I liked that it was close to restaurants and stores.

The front desk person was BEYOND RUDE ! my room floor was beyond sticky. And for a 3 star hotel my blankets shouldn¿t be raggedy and faded.

Friendly staff, great location, overall peaceful stay and clean.

The hotel can¿t always control this but smelled like the person in the room next to mine was smoking on the balcony so smell came into the room. More of a people problem than hotel though.

This is a great place to stay. Clean comfortable and well maintained. We were going to Norfolk Va. the next day and it was close enough that it took only minutes to get there. It was just enough outside the city that made it very quiet and peaceful.

The night clerk was a bit annoyed to have to check us in, it seemed as if his book or game or whatever he was doing was very important to him. Don’t get me wrong he was polite and very quick to get us in just preoccupied. Very nice place to stay.

Location. I have nothing good to really say about it. You should let customers know ahead of time that lots of your amenities are closed. Number one disappointment was towels. Why should a customer have to beg for a towel to cleanse their body.

Towels, shampoo, soap, and trash bags were not provided. Housekeeping, gym and pool were unavailable. No back up plan. Breakfast was off brand muffins, no options. Everything less than expected, except price. Free wifi was charged at $4.99 daily.

It was very nice! Very clean. Comfortable bed.

I hated the mushy pillows. I got a sore n close from them. They are renovating. I was woken up by hammering! Not happy about that at all!
