The chia seed pudding at breakfast

My room locked me out of it while I had the key. It made me late for my birthday plans. And this is a usual thing that happens. The pool was not heated like it stated

Location

The hotel was dated and filthy. The carpets you can actually see the dirt in them. Inside the hotel room the carpets were dirty. We had cabinets missing the doors. There was mold on the ceiling. This hotel needs to be painted the carpets need replacing.

Fire pit

No blower in bathroom , carpet needs cleaning, breakfast was cold and not good.

Gym smelled, and breakfast was not good.

The staff at the front desk all 3 nights we were there were extremely pleasant and personable every time we walked in and out.

All the Doors in the actual hotel room needed wiped down or repainted (closet, bathroom)

They ended up giving us a huge ADA room

One of our rooms door didnt open all the way, we had to slide inside, and in the other room there was something sticky on the sink handle.

I was pleasantly surprised at how neat, clean & modern the hotel was. They had evening snacks for their guests & breakfast in the mornings was pretty good although I think it should be extended until 11a. The staff was superb (Ms Karen is magnificent)

Had be Coast Guard Center for grandson graduation very early, 5:30am. No hot water for showers. Call desk, operator, ¿Ho, I will tell maintenance about the problem¿. No offer to help in anyway. So were we happy with the room? Really?

This hotel was very clean!! It was in a wonderful location with lots of places to eat. Target and Walmart were close as well.

Hotel employee is very pleasant. Maintenance expedited order to replace light bulbs.

I didnt get my requested room service until late evening.

The staff was warm and welcoming. I was very impressed for my short stay the clerk that checked me in continued to say hello and strike up small talk with many of the guests as they came in or out. She knew some by name. Nice place

Undergoing renovation could not use certain parts of the hotel.

We've been dealing with an illness of a family member and have stayed here often this year. The staff have been so great!! They have known our situation and have been so supportive.

We had a king suite on our last trip. The hotel has been remodeling. Hoping that they haven't replaced the king mattresses yet because it was awful! We've had queen beds for our other trips and they're great.

Great staff! Hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions but out of the worst of the traffic in the area on a quiet street. Rooms are a good size with decent kitchen.

The sofa in the room had white stains on it.

My room was nice and clean!

No water in the jacuzzi and the pool water was merky.

I had a handicapped room.

Our 4day 3 night stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and everything worked as advertised. The staff was professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is minor- but the equipment in the fitness room was old and made a lot of noise when in use (elliptical and treadmill- there was a lot of rust on the elliptical).

The location was great, having a suite is great and the staff was just outstanding!

The hotel does not offer weekend service to your room... meaning no clean towel, no beds made, trash pickup. This should be stated prior to booking. The sofa in the room was worn out and really should have been replaced.

The room, bathroom, furniture, and appliances appeared to have been cleaned and in good condition. I felt more than comfortable during my stay here.

There is nothing worth mentioning. I was satisfied with my stay.
