During check in time no one was at the front desk. A worker was sleeping on one of the couches. She called someone who asked her what room were clean. After she did check us in on the 4th floor room 430

The room is incredibly small. We only had to stay one night so we made it work but for the price it was a bit of a bummer.

Very clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff. Updated, no smells. Comfortable bed.

No coffeemaker in the room.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Lots of green space for my pet, and the green space clean except for the occasional guest who didn't pick up after their pet. I loved that there is no carpet in the room!

I would have liked a heavier blanket on the bed. I was a little bit chilly, but was able to fix that by turning up the heat.

Location

Room wasn¿t ready until 7pm. When we got there a pit bull was wondering the hall (staff owned). The cleaning agent smell in our room it took 2 hours to air out. My wife wanted to leave but it was too long of a day driving. Can¿t see going back.

When speaking with staff they were short and rude and allowed a gentleman to use my bank card to stay in there

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Scott at the front desk was great! Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Cleanliness and amenities

Our room was on the Interstate side of the building. The traffic noise from the trucks kept us awake all night. Also, being on the 4th floor, hot water in the shower was sporadic. Hot water went off and on during my shower

Hotel had a modern feel to it. TV's had lots of choice and internet was adequate.

Breakfast offering was limited. Walls seemed paper thin in which you could hear others in rooms beside us. Soap in room was non-existent which makes you question if their Covid protocols were that strict.

Location, staff, and price

Hair in the bathtub and the shower did not drain fast enough....water build up is gross!!!

Clean, good breakfast, pool was nice, outside seating was nice, pool table was nice!!! It was great

It seemed like a new hotel.

The noise from the highway. The room was not cleaned very well. The floor was dirty and the shower walls weren't clean. The next morning I was trying to sleep, but the maid was talking very loudly. Not happy at all.

Liked the location, close to downtown

Soap dispensers in the shower have been overlooked by housekeeping.

Clean, easy to find, lots of covid precautions and cleaning supplies / sanitizer available. Quiet room, nicely updated, attractive lobby. Friendly staff

Just a little disappointed they couldn't accommodate a late checkout as we arrived at 2am (not their fault) but the hotel was far from full. Otherwise everything was excellent

We stayed for 5 days and had a hard time getting towels, they gave us two extra so we ended up taking some from the swimming area. Due to covid the breakfast options were very limited.
