Tired, old, unclean

Location

Hotel needs to have the rooms remodeled. Wallpaper was pealing at the seams. Toilet was to low to the ground.

No hot water in shower. Very small tv, need binoculars to watch. Overpriced

Comfort, frienliness of staff, and ausual good breakfast!

Upon entering the lobby you are met with the chemical smell of the pool. It was higher in price than the one I stayed the night before in Hillsville,VA and it wasn¿t early as nice as it was dated and poorly decorated.

Very nice rooms, easy off and on them freeway, and a delicious breakfast bar

The mattress was a little too firm, but my husband loves it

Location was convenient on our trip.

Bed was not very comfortable, pillows were worse. Hair was in the shower so it had not been cleaned well. We skipped breakfast as not interested in eating with gloves.

Very outdated, wallpaper peeling, beds horrible. There was a vacuum in hall by drywall type debris, nobody around and it was still there in the morning. If we hadn’t seen hampton inn sign we would’ve though we were at bobs motel. Def not worth $$.

Convenient location near the intersection of I-77 and I-81.

It is an aging property in need of an upgrade. The breakfast bar was adequate at best.

Heavy chlorine air in pool area burned my eyes.

The property was clean and updated. Comfortable beds, quiet room, excellent breakfast.

Be aware! I called the hotel to inform them that due to a medical emergency on my vacation that I would not be able to stay at their hotel on the day that I had booked it. Their response was that they needed 24 hours notice and I was being charged anyway.

Front desk staff was friendly but a little unprofessional. 2 people at the desk of which I was second in line. The young woman was spending more time talking with a off duty colleague and his dog than she was with us. I felt it was rude and unprofession

room was excellent. breakfast was super. staff was helpful and courteous.

Requested nonsmoking and only had smoking which was absolutely terrible. It was stinky and the toons were outdated. Over priced

Friendly staff, great room, great bed , great pool and breakfast.

Wish I could've stayed longer.

We were put in handicap room which was not needed!
