Spark by Hilton Wytheville Holston Rd I 81

They advertise breakfast all had was banana oatmeal bagel breakfast needs improvement if your advertising breakfast

I thought it was a new hotel, but it was an old hotel that had been remodeled. The layout was strange and the elevator was not close to the office / eating area. The breakfast was not up to par with other hotels.

Location

Badly in need of a total revamp. Room trim, carpet and bathroom were just dirty and falling apart

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

The location says 81 and 77. We had to travel back north 10 miles to get to 77. Wasn?t happy about that

Staff is wonderful Breakfast was good loved The personal writing on the bananas & common areas very clean

room was a bit dated worn out Shower did not drain a lot of dirt in it bc of it Our bed smelled so strong of men?s Cologne(axe maybe) that it gagged me when I climbed into bed, thankfully I brought my pun blanket & pillow for my trip .

The location right off of 81 with easy off and on. The breakfast in the morning had eggs, waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, etc.

No. We only stayed the night, but everything was fine.

The hot breakfast and the variety

The room stunk and the carpet was still wet from them trying to clean it. Alot of maintenance needs to be done.

Location was good, near highway

Dirty, broken sink, persistent weed and tobacco smoke, barking dog

Definitely the "Location", but the rooms were very Nice, but the Bathrooms could use a bit of sprucing up. A very Enjoyable Breakfast was waiting for us in the Morning! Overall ... we Will stay here in the future!!

Not Really, but as stated above, the Bathrooms need to be Updated a bit!!

Liked the location - it was close to downtown restaurants.

The experience we had in checking out. They claimed that our room was paid for using an invalid credit card. This was not true and they eventually let us go. The bathroom was small, only meant for one person.

Hotel did not have reservation and wanted over double the price for a room.

Quiet place to rest away from traffic and noisy guests

Eggs at breakfast

Ease of check in

The air conditioning unit made a squealing noise, lack of overhead lighting in the room.

The breakfast was not bad

The blackout curtains didn¿t close all the way so parking lot lights shined in all night. The bed was awful a 2 in comforter on a box spring mattress tossed and turned all night.A dead bug or something was smeared on the wall gross

Location

Absolutely NOT deserving of the star level it has. Beds were terrible and the bathrooms had patches over old and ratty things. We would not stay again and we had two rooms, not just one to talk about.

This hotel is dated but well maintained and very clean. Nice comfortable bed and the sheets are very soft. Great selection of breakfast offerings, not just all carbs. Great price too!

The Orange juice was spoiled. Other than that, it was a nice breakfast.

Location was great, not right next to the highway like most motels, and therefore was much quieter.

The only thing wrong was the shower curtain rod was loose and therefore the curtain would not stay closed.

Quiet location, clean rooms and good breakfast

Clean! Easy to get to. Really nice, comfortable bed.

We arrived late and it was raining and dark. It was our first stay, so it was difficult to find. Once there it was fine. We like Comfort Inn facilities for service and cleanliness.
