It's pet friendly and I liked the fact that they put me and my little dog in a room that was away from most of the guests so she had her privacy. I was having trouble with the tv and the owner was at my room within 5 minutes to help

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke which I'm not a smoker but luckily I carry febreze which took care of that so no biggie

There were bugs in the room!!! The toilet rocked when I sat on it and there wasn't a light over the vanity and the bathroom light wasn't bright enough to see to fix my hair. I think they turned the television off after so long and I couldn't get the mor

A bathtub that holds water, air conditioning that worked, and a king sized clean bed.

Yes! There was no garbage can in the room, the pool was not open and it was 90 degrees out and I was riding on a motorcycle all day. Also there was no blanket on the bed. It was just a sheet and the light comforter.

It was a bed to sleep in.

The toilet did not work (defective fill valve), the light in the bathroom did not work, and the smoke detector was missing.

The place is a dump!

The rooms were filthy, no microwave, floor coming up in the room. Bathroom was atrocious!

Price initially but then I worried that this place could easily have bed bugs and it¿s worth paying more somewhere else

It was in bad shape in every aspect. It¿s way past needing remodeling. Dead bugs in all lights . Past flooding damage. No one cleans behind the bed. We slept on top of the bed for fear of bed bugs. Not sure if people live in some units.

Bed was terrible, smoke detector broken with front cover laying on table. No towels. Had to holler for 5 minutes in the lobby for someone to help check me in. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life and I'm 68. Will never stay there again.

Front desk staff was friendly and room was clean.

The hotel was hard to find - very little signage. This hotel is bare bones. Door to room was open when we arrived. Only one bath towel for two people. Bathroom light flickered a lot when coming on and light fan was very loud. No breakfast.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. 90 degrees in the room. Ac parts laying on the floor. No towels no soaps no toilet paper. Light fixtures hanging off ceiling. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed was also dirty. People partying in the parking lot and was even offered drugs....

The hotel was in a very shady area and did not even have a good room for put up. The room I got allocated initially did not have a working lock. Then I was moved to a room that did not have a latch toilets not working and was dirty too.

Staff was always available, even at my late late arrival.

Repairs needed on shower faucet and electrical outlet by desk. I reported each to desk at exit time.

woke up 45 min after checkout and was asked to leave instead of allowed to pay extra day. While waiting for a cab the staff said for us to wait outside in 30°. We refused and so they called the cops, who got there as our cab did. All agreed the staff suc

Floors were dirty and broken. Exposed wiring, no dressers. Stained sheets and towels. Moldy bathroom. Checked out after only being there for an hour.

The black mold all over the bathroom was horrible. We lasted 3 hours and left

Great service. Great location. Close to restaurants.

Dated and short on cleanliness but not terrible like I read in some reviews and for $-- you should not expect the Four Seasons experience.

Price. Fact that they did try to update it.

It was what I expected for the price. Shower head was pretty low. Fine for a 5 foot person. Bed hard as a rock.

Rooms were dirty. Felt like I was going to fall through the floor it was so weak. No hot water in the shower.

Quick check in. Was able to park right outside room. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable and had no problem getting hot water. Check out was easy too.

Location was good and they have a pool

It was not clean, I have pictures even of the filth. They should look into new house keepers
