Quality Inn Wytheville

The room was clean and shower was phenomenal. Great water pressure and clean and roomy. The breakfast had great selections and included. Very much worth the price of the room. The bed was super comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed.

Great view of mountains

Check in was the worst. The young lady was very disinterested and apparently does not know how to deal the public. When I asked where the room was, she stated, "its in the back." There were no working smoke detectors; they were laying on the desk.

The view from my room was beautiful. It was also the cheapest in the area.

The TV only got about 1/4th of the available channels. And the cable box kept updating. This was very frustrating.

Price

I reserved a room with 2 double beds ended up with a king. I made a reservation on Oct 1 2024. The counter person treated me like I was crazy. Had my conformation with me. I think if I didn't have that I would have been out of luck.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was it's location close to the interstate.

Too many things to list, but for starters, the toilet leaked on the floor, they put me in a smoking room when I booked non-smoking, room overall was in rough shape, stains on the sheets and towels, damaged bed quilts. Hotel staff gave awful service too.

The shower was dirty, a wet towel was left in the bathroom and the remote didn?t have batteries. Staff didn?t even care to address

Locaty

Nonworking, electrical outlets, smoke detector went off numerous times during the night, breakfast was very meager, coffee ran out, Open can of coffee stored in properly, filthy drawers in breakfast area.

Nothing it was a mess, no towels, beds and pillows were hard

Nothing noted that hotel is under remodeling dirty and not fit to rent out rooms

Comfortable beds.

The TV didn't work - toilet was very slow flushing - no microwave - no ice! We called the front desk and were told 5-10 min. and someone would help us with the TV. We never heard from them!

Room seemed clean

Very very noisy. Loud boom boxes til late night. So loud couldn't tell from where it was coming. It echoed off the building

No microwave,trash can,ashtray and bathroom bulb was out, someone ice cream frozen in freezer

Proximity to travel

Refrigerator faulty, large amount of water on floor. Had to use towels to clean up water. Small flies everywhere in room, walls, ceiling, etc.

Lamps worked. Door lock worked

Room was not clean. Lipstick heart on the mirror black curly hair on the pillowcase. Smudges on furniture. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee was provided. The pillows were standing up on the bed leaning against each other In the center of the bed.

When I left.

The staff apparently can't speak, understand or even read in English. Kept my deposit of a lil hair dye on 1 towel. I dyed my hair 3 weeks prior. Had to go to dollar store to buy towels, cause we went 4 straight days without any services,w/ calling fdesk

A drain in the tub so I could soak after a long journey. Clean sheets. Heat and cool that worked. There was coffee, cream & sugar. Waffles with butter available

Absolutely. At check in the lady at the front desk said my room was not paid for. Yes it was, I paid online days before. Then a $50 deposit for just me, no dogs or companyNo fridge. No ice bucket no cups. Cockroach crawling on the wall the next morning.

The location of the hotel.

The room was super dirty. Old wash cloth left on the floor from previous customers. The floor didnt look clean. The sheets on the bed had oil stain spots. The beds were terrible. The continental breakfast was less to be desired.

Decent price

Bathroom door wouldn't close. Ran out of toilet paper (no extra in room), and empty tissue box. Bed was very noisy with every turn. Skimpy breakfast and sticky tables/floors.No ice or vending near rooms

The rate and no pet fee for an overnight stay and clean bed sheets

No trash can in room

Parking was free

No proper lock on door,urine stain on linens,electrical issues for lights,no trash cans,no pillow cases,pillows should have been thrown out,possibly blood or paint on tv,big blood stains under sink,cigarette burns on tub .I have pics should be shut down!,
