Comfort Inn Woodstock Shenandoah

Accommodating front desk, clean, hot breakfast, comfortable bed, location

First assigned room was a pet room, very strong dog odor, just a few steps in and we knew we needed a new room! Returned to desk for a room change and they were very accommodating. Poor shower head. Could hear noise/conversation from hallway in room.

Location and price. Breakfast was fine.

Carpet filthy and stained. Bathroom was clean. We were on first floor, beside elevator so there was noise. We have stayed here before and if we do again will ask for second floor.

The carpet in my room had stains on them. Limited television channels, the electrical sockets at the base of the lamp didn't work; no instructions for how to access their internet; shared downstairs television running Fox News (really? How about local)

Doors slam super hard, got woken up very early

The location for our purpose in visiting our daughter's family in Woodstock is ideal.

The toilet paper is way too thin. The breakfasts are average.

Location was close to where we were going. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea were available all hours.

Bathtub was not as clean as I would have liked.

I stayed 2 days and my room did not get clean and linens and towels were never changed

It's a good value. It was clean, conveniently located, easy parking and met my needs.

The location was perfect for where we were visiting family.

The breakfasts were average. Toilet paper was very thin and cheap. The plastic ware needs to be upgraded; they are not rigid enough.

The staff was friendly and helpful which reflects my first impression upon arrival. My room was clean in the essential ways. The exercise room had everything I needed for a good training session. And the location can't be beat!

It was clear the room was aging. Grout was missing from bathroom in tiles and rubber sealant was removed in sections. The bathroom felt a bit dingy because of wear and tear though it was clearly cleaned. The carpet in the room was stained.

Breakfast hours are very short and all the staff except the housekeepers seemed very uptight, stressed, or unwelcoming! We were woke up by housekeeping in the hallway starting to clean just after 8 am.

Lots of ants on bathroom floor - because of the dark carpet in the bedroom, we couldn¿t tell if there were ants in the bedroom area as well. The hot breakfast was not very good, and we couldn¿t find anything open for dinner besides fast food places.

Old ,not clean streaks running down tub to floor. Room did not smell fresh, staff not welcoming. Almost like u were a bother to them. The whole place just not a place u would want to return. Breakfast Sparse not much of a choice and no fruit.
