Pool area small, no other outside seating.

Location was great. Place was clean. It¿s what you would expect from a Hampton Inn which is a little to above average. Rooms are fine. Can¿t go wrong is you¿re looking for a reasonably priced room for a short stay.

The police being called repeatedly bc someone was trying to break into another guests room and she felt her life was in danger. Not kidding. This really happened. I don¿t think this is a problem hotel but that¿s my luck. At 1 am options are limited.

We stayed for 2 nights and were out of the room most of the day. Not once did they clean our room. We didn't care much because we were never there, but for the price, they should at least have made our beds.

After a long day of driving I got what I needed...a very clean, comfortable room! Quite expensive, but I haven't traveled in sometime. I guess it is to be expected, still $---- to sleep?

We were forced to listen to Fox News during breakfast. I find this network divisive and offensive. They should put something neutral on. I will certainly not stay there again for this reason.

nice hotel. continental breakfast was a little small

our room was on the main road, very loud. currently doing work on the hotel and they decided to dump items in the dumpster at 4am when the signs posted said that there would be no construction noise until 8am.

Excellent location for visiting Shenandoah University. Close to Apple Blossom Mall and other restaurants and stores. Facility and room very clean. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day as well as decent breakfast. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Sliding Bathroom door located next to bed...closet was curtained area next to window...

Close to exit for I-81. Clean, comfortable, safe.

Just wish it had a restaurant much closer to it.

Location and brand of hotel . Hampton Inn always looks and fells great.

Hotel was close to the highway and resturants

The bathroom was good

The clock was dim

The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable.

The night shift front desk person was less than happy that we interrupted her movie on her phone. Very unfortunate. She did not seem to be a people person.

The breakfast was decent. I was glad to have egg selection and alternative non dairy milk.

The coffee was not good.
