The stove in the room

Infested with roaches. I must have killed 20.

Walked into the room and there was a homeless person in the room with their pet cat laying on the bed they switched me rooms but the second had no tv and smelled like roach spray. As a female I was scared and felt unsafe slept in my car

The room was fine for the price.

Everything was fine until very late in the evening when a domestic dispute erupted in the room next to us. It was very frightening considering we had our baby with us. People live in this hotel and all I'll say is they aren't the family-friendly type.

Staff was nice. Location was close to hwy 81.

My reservation was not at this ANS Inn, but another 7 - 10miles away. upon arrival, I was told there was problem with the room that was reserved for me, and transferred me to this one. No hot water in shower, towel bars not working.

The staff was friendly and comfortable bed.

Below average cleanliness. No remote. Old cigarette smoke smell in room.

appears to be a motel that has been turned into am extended stay w/ rooms available for a week, month, etc

REMOTE CONTROL & SMOKE DETECTOR had NO BATTERIES, STAIRWELLS UNLIT, COFFEE FILTER LEFT IN MACHINE

Most of the staff was nice besides the manager ! I liked that the motel had a stove and was extended stay as I am looking for a home and have no where to stay as of now.

I had a lot of problems with the manager. The room was fairly  clean but 2 days there was no hot water and I had my 9 yr oldas on with me. Well out of the she says you need to pay a deposit I did and I went to get it back at 1115 she said n

Great location, convenient parking spot in front of the door, room is spacious and clean, fridge, microwave and stove in the room (kitchenette) for cooking.staff is amazing and very accommodating.comfortable big bed.

Good price/ clean roomy/ pleasant staff./hot shower. Will go back if I'm in that area again

Hard to find/ poor signage

Open, and clean. I’m a smoker, and they had plenty of places to smoke that is non evasive to others, but is in a place that isn’t in another county.?

Big, quiet room. It was warm outside and A/C was cold, so that's always a plus for me. Friendly people around and staff. Pretty close to places I needed to go. For a quick bite, I Recommend the Pizza/Sub place across the street, clean and yummy!

Not sure, it's a hotel/long term efficiency place, so it's what I expected. I had no blackout curtains on my room, but I'm an early riser.

Close to work event

Hotel rooms never seem clean enough. Random hairs and dust.

The general manager, Beth, is a delight to work with. She, staff and extended stay guests remembered me when I arrived and greeted me as a friend. I had stayed at the hotel in October.The room was large and nicely decorated. I love having a kitchenette and lots of space.There was not a first floor room available, so the staff and extended stay guests helped bring all my things to my room.

I had a lamp problem, but management brought me a new one. So not really a dislike.It's really more a recommendation... the motion detecting lights in the stair well should stay on longer and should cover the first and last steps.

Location was ok, outside of facility was good.

The room was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, there were rough drywall patches on the walls, cracks around the shower, large gaps around electrical outlets, stains on the table, electrical cooktop in small kitchen sitting on top of the counter that is meant to be installed flush in a countertop.

Enjoyed my stay- 2nd year in a row!

Wasn’t able to use my booking. Front door locked at 8:58PM and note saying to call a number. When call was made was told they were no longer affiliated with them. Called a second number and message said no one could answer the phone, call back later. Had to go to another motel for the night. Terrible experience.

The staff were the friendliest and most accommodating bunch I have run across in years. They went above and beyond to make me welcome. The whole place brought back memories of a bygone era. Very retro and not sterile as so many newer hotels.

The lighting could have been brighter, and perhaps a small table or desk to set up my computer, and eat a meal.
