Nice and quiet

Weed smell on the 5th floor and no breakfast

They helped us after first room no a/c

First room they gave us bad a/c

We booked 2 bedroom suite and the room was huge! Very nice and clean. Great location 10mins max from most things. We would definitely stay here again!

The horel was clean, my kids loved the pool and the restaurant food was food. The bartender/ waitress was very nice.

We switched to this hotel at the last minute when our previously booked place was terrible. This hotel was so refreshing, clean, and lovely. The staff was great and helpful.

Gym had no sanitizing wipes. water station is outside, and have to rescan to enter. No temp control in gym.

Customer SerVice was Exceptional! Check in, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

Only hiccup was in the restaurant to no fault of cook or server, I guess the grill broke or something. Seemed like our burgers were cooked in the oven or in boiled water. But we still ate it though, lol we were hungry.

The hallways were hot and humid. It felt like they did not have the a/c on in hallways/common areas. The breakfast was not included. It?s $16 per person add on charge if you want to eat.

Hotel wasn?t very clean. I prepaid for my room and was charged a second time for it. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get it corrected.

Nice front desk experience. Close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

Room size

Staff woke us up multiple times in the early hour morning wondering if we checked out yet. First time knocking on our door was at 7:30-8:00am couldn¿t get my 6 year old back to sleep.

I asked for one Queen bedroom got 2 small beds instead. I was too tired and late at night after driving too long that decided not to do anytging else.

No breakfast of any kind, expensive on site restaurant. Only coffee in the lobby. No juice for those of us who dont drink coffee

I was hesitant on this hotel because of reviews, but I found it to be very nice and comfortable. Very clean, liked it had a restaurant and bar as well as a patio.

Heat/ac is pretty noisy at night and the towels could be updated. They were pretty thin and small for a bath towel.
