Very spacious with a lot of amenities. Great for families.

Shower walls had mold.

I liked the room design and the opportunity for on-sight events

I didn't like not having enough time to attend the time share explaining about the Wyndham product. Maybe next time.

Comfortable space for our needs. Large bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels for 6 people. Kitchen equipment/ dishes clean and plentiful. Check-in process does touch on a time-share tour, but staff was respectful of our short stay and did not push.

Loved the grounds and location

The staff was fairly good at the front desk but on our second day a security officer came to the suite because they thought we were supposed to check out that morning

The suite exceeded our expectation

we were on the 3rd floor and didn't know the location of the elevator

Great size of the rooms

The cleanliness of the room and grounds were beautiful

Only the fact that they try to get you to purchase a timeshare and they make it a part of the check in process

The resort was beautiful and located close to great restaurants and entertainment. The staff was friendly and very professional. The unit was very nice and comfortable., but the washer and the shower in the guest bedroom both leaked.

The staff was exceptional

My room was not cleaned completely. The 2nd bathroom had spider webs in the tub. The tub was visibly dirty as well as the sink and the previous guess dirty underwear was left in the closet

I was unaware when I booked the room, that I would be asked to sit in a sales pitch for an hour and a half. After checking in, I was directed to a sales person who pushed heavily to get me to sign up for something I was not interested in. This should be made clear when booking the room.

The area is so quiet and relaxing.

We had 6 people (which they knew when we booked) but only 4 sets of towels. We were late arrival. I requested more towels in the morning and they were brought over.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. All activities were close by. Condo very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of 4.

Loved the room. Lots of space and the beds were very comfortable. Close to Busch Gardens.

The showers didn’t have a lot of pressure. Upon arrival, there was a little pressure to sit through a “ownership” meeting, and I received a few texts, but they weren’t too terribly pushy so it wasn’t too bad.

The resort was beautiful and central to great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The staff was friendly and professional. The Christmas decorations were very festive and beautiful. Love the firepit.

The King size bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain.
