SpringHill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg

There was a mix up and our room wasn’t cleaned. We had to change and clean the room ourselves. Said they would give us a refund but still waiting. Also the pool was closed.

Quiet area. Nice setting. Friendly staff.

It smelled of a stong cleaning solution. Not bleach but some chemical. Was it masking some issue? IDK. But I didnt like it. Hotel needs a little refurb. New carpet, furniture in the lobby area.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Smelled wonderful upon check in. Great variety of breakfast options and snacks.

The outlets in my room were all loose. The light in the rest room takes a few attempts to shut off when the switch is hit and my bedroom TV had a timer on it that I could not change so it cut off every 15 min.

The staff were very nice and polite. Great water pressure in shower. Nice soft bedding.

The microwave was filthy in room 323 There could have been a better level of cleanliness.

Location

Room and furniture was old, stained and damaged. AC in room smelled very moldy and old.

Comfortable bed.

Breakfast layout was poor. The waffle station made it difficult to get through the line quickly. More Breakfast staff help especially around 9am on a Saturday when most people are there

Room was smal and no stand up shower.

Yes, there was no soap in the bathroom and was told by the front desk that they were out of it. The room was not cleaned and no new towels were left. The beds and linens were not changed during our stay. The garbage cans were not emptied.

Waited 10 minutes at desk for someone to show up to check us in. Halls were dim and dingy and hall carpet wis stained with gum or candy in the carpet.

It was very clean m. The staff was very friendly. I love the snacks that were available in the evening. I loved the room. The location is very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very nice(front desk) location and room very good.

They did not have daily room service. We had to go to front desk for clean linens two or three times. But I must say when we did the people at front desk were very helpful

All staff encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent. There is also a nearby Chili's within walking distance which is very convenient place to escape during the routine fire evacuations.

Room is very noisy between the AC, fridge, and guests. Multiple fire alarms and evacuation, one of which a test during a torrential downpour. Constant drops in Wifi. TV channels, HBO, and Showtime didn't work. Exit signs above areas with no exit or stairs

A wide room with a sink kitchen and it is close to any place you want to go the restaurant and gas stations.

Hotel is clean. Amenities are good and breakfast had good selection.

Hotel was clean and quiet but in the room were footprints that didn¿t belong to me or my company. Maybe the maid walked over the floor while it was wet. Other than that the room was ok.

One tv with 2 separate rooms was a little annoying. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.
