We have stayed at this hotel before so it was in a good location close to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and things like that that was probably the only upside this time
Toxic black mold in all three rooms that we tried and when we brought it up to staff they just said well that room should have been closed let's put you in another one check that room but room is also covered in mold so we ended up getting a refund
The breakfast I love how quiet it was and no housekeeping service unless you ask for it..I enjoyed my stay
The door coming in was really needing to be fixed was really loud
Friendly staff, cleanliness
Some items in Bathroom were in poor condition. Tub had been painted and was flaking off and very slippery. It looked really bad. The shower head was partially covered in scum and mold. Room 409
The location was great and the staff was polite.
The building is in dire need of maintenance. We had to change rooms because the keycard reader on our first room's door was broken. The room we moved to had a similar, though less severe, problem. Furthermore, our second room had mold.
The location was terrific. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were very nice.
There was dust all over the surfaces in our room when we walked into our room. The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and there were cracks and putty in the tub and behind the toilet. The tub and fixtures were all old.
maintenance was bad. Broken light bulb it worked but was broken. The refrigerator didn't cool. Had clogged toilet that didn't get fixed told front desk at 9 am returned at 4 pm still clogged asked for plunger to fix it myself. No maintenance Person
The Location
The hotel bathroom looks like it was being demolished the first room had food in the fridge, hangers hanging on the mirror, cracks in the wall in the shower the tub had paint peeling in chunks, I went back to the front desk and the 2nd room wasn?t better!
The location is very close to old town, and it was cheap.
The rooms are dark, worn, delayed maintenance, it took 3 tries to get a room that had been cleaned, had a functioning climate control, and working TV.
Breakfast was very good.
They failed to have the correct reservation as per my confirmation from you. They only offered me one room and would not honor the prepaid two room reservation. the man ahead of me was reserved for 2 rooms but he only reserved one room. I paid extra.
Run down, door lock didn't work properly, toilet would not flush , staff acted like they didn't car
Location
Filthy telephone
The hot breakfast was good and substantial. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to Colonial Williamsburg.
The rug was frayed, the towels were stained, and the sheets were shredded up on one of the beds.
Moldy Curtains, flooded hallway, would not bring towels to the room.
A nightmare from the moment I stepped into the lobby which started with the hotel charging me for a computer error extra night I did not stay there! It was downhill from there and just at a time when I was exhausted having worked all day.Worst experience
Everything
It is unfortunate, but the building is in disrepair and needs to be better maintained. The walls had patched holes and peeling paint. There is a spider that has taken over room 428. The caulk and the tubs in the restrooms are worn and appear moldy.
the hotel is so dirty!! dirty pillows dusty airconditioner! dirty used ice bucket that we are suppose to use opened coke bottle in the fridge! which obviously shows that they never cleaned that room! there were stuffs in the drawer that aren?t ours!
Dirty they don?t clean they don?t use vacuum or change bad light bulbs. Wyndham doesn?t take care of there properties
