    Pros +

    • The room was spectacular. Big enough for everyone to have their own space and enough living room and dining room space to all be together.
    • Activities, outdoor games
    • The location, the staff, and it was peaceful.

    Cons -

    • The balcony furniture was not very comfortable.
    • Stayed at this hotel before its a bit weird but I never had to pay for parking! There are many spaces so this 20.00 fee is just another money grab. Will never stay again
    • 2 restaurants and no place for a sit down breakfast for a resort this big.

The location, the staff, and it was peaceful.

The fire alarm went off at 11:15 p.m one night.

    5CynthiaPosted on: 5-9-2025

    Close proximity to attractions.

The floor was filthy; there was a wad of toilet paper already in the toilet bowl; there was no housekeeping service and we were asked to put linens in the hallway and take out the trash! Looked out window to construction.

Beautiful property, lots of amenities, family friendly

Curtain not blocking light enough, no break fast

    10HeatherPosted on: 1-21-2025

The rooms were immaculate! They were very comfortable and welcoming. The amenities were nice.

The directions from GPS take you different ways through the gated community; you have to turn around and go different ways as you cannot get through the gated areas as a hotel guest. That is the only difficult thing.

Great location surrounding beautiful trees ample parking.

Construction near the building but just far enough away to not interfere.

    7ShawnPosted on: 10-5-2024

The location was ideal for my purposes. The surrounding grounds and property were beautiful and serene.

There was a lot of construction around the building in which I stayed. As well, the building was somewhat removed from the main center of the campus, making it necessary to walk a distance to take advantage of the various services and activities offered.

Quiet, excellently maintained, clean, mini-kitchen had everything we needed, styling was perfect for the Williamsburg area, close to shopping & food, staff was pleasant & very helpful.

    10MelodyPosted on: 6-27-2023

This was a great family hotel. There were so many amenities and activities. The communication and service were excellent. The hotel was prestine and the staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.

The only thing I feel it was missing was a breakfast option. There is not a place to even purchase breakfast. The small kitchenette made it ok but it would have been nice. I suggest they add a stool to the bathroom options so my kids could reach the sink.

The 2-bedroom villa (the most expensive option) was amazing (the much smaller ¿guest rooms¿ (the cheapest option) are nice, but not spectacular). The pools and activity room are great. The surrounding area/neighborhood is nice.

It¿s a 15-20 minute drive to most things.

Beautiful grounds. Good price. Nice amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

    10EmanuelPosted on: 2-5-2023

First of all this was a Marriott resort so it was top notch and the rooms was very clean and upscale the staff was very young but kind they vould use some coaching on dealing with the customer with confidence but overall everything was perfect.

Yes not knowing the checkout time and being woke up by housekeeping beating on my door and getting a call from the front desk asking me when can I get down there for checkout after I called to ask for a later checkout time but please don't let that stop y

Clean, near area we needed, nice property

Was not told that there was not daily cleaning or extra towels under the cabinet. The Bistro was a very small bar and we expected a small eatery. Wine in plastic cups is not great.

    9StevenPosted on: 5-30-2022

Great location, nice amenities, beautiful property.

Black mold in the grout of shower tiles, some type of greasy stuff on the ceiling in the bathroom and they ziplocked the bag shut for the linens for sleeper sofa. How is the average person supposed to open this?

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-28-2022

The staff is friendly and accommodating and I love the new renovations since I visited last. My kids loves the swimming pool so overall it was a very nice stay.

    10JazminePosted on: 4-6-2022

Great staff, super friendly. Wonderful room. Very clean, very comfy.

Room was far from pool and other amenities, but otherwise just great.

    10JenniferPosted on: 12-6-2021

Beautifully renovated villa with ample space and wonderful two person jacuzzi tub. Great location and amenities.

Early check in was not an option during our stay

    10DavidPosted on: 9-24-2021

Rooms are nice and check in was easy.

I have never liked the rush to get you out at 10am. Feels very pushy.
