Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Historic District

Good breakfast. Convenient location to historic area. Four levels which made things easy and quick elevators. I liked the coffee and tea going all the time. Nice pool area and workout room.

All was good.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Always helpful no matter what you need. The location is also a plus as it is close to both the theme parks and colonial Williamsburg. Overall great place to stay.

The hotel was a 10. unfortunately the mattress was a -10! paid a lot of money to sleep there.. the mattress made my body hurt all day.

The mattress! The hotel need to burn that mattress I slept on. Been better off sleeping on the floor. paid a lot of money for that bed just to not sleep..hurt & be miserable.

2 of the front desk staff were very friendly and the one housekeeper we had twice was very helpful with us the two times our room got serviced she made sure we had everything we needed.

A little more run down than most Hapton Inns; you can tell it used to be something else lower tier. Rooms are old, furniture is worn. Hdmi & settings on tv are blocked, motion smoothing stuck on. That being said, it was clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The guest laundry room was not cleaned the time we were there. The doors covering the electrical panels in the laundry had holes in them. The AC in the laundry was not working. Room smelled of smoke. Found trash

The location had breakfast available, not something that every hotel is providing since COVID. The staff was pleasant and very helpful in answering questions about the area.
